After getting my car serviced and being told mid-afternoon that one of my tires had a puncture (and needed to be replaced ASAP), I rang several tire and auto shops, but none had availability or the tire I needed. mycar Glendale had the right tire, was willing to see me at short notice, AND helped guide me to their garage over the phone when I got lost in a sea of parking lots at Stockland. They were super friendly and got the whole thing done in ten minutes. Such a relief!

Usually it’s great but I felt very judged due to the fact that I couldn’t afford to take my car in sooner.
On the phone the man also got frustrated with me when I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car.
I was disappointed because as I said, I have never had a bad experience except for this time.
That’s the reason why I have continued to goto Mycar because I have always been treated with kindness and respect.
I’m not sure if I will continue to choose Mycar.
