I booked to get new tyres and a wheel alignment to be done. Got notified the car was ready for pick up.. when I got there I was told my tie rods need to be replaced but they still went through and did the wheel alignment to what they could do. Didn't get a courtesy call to be notified about the issue and was still charged for it. Got new rods ordered and will have to pay for a second wheel alignment.....

Team was friendly, punctual and all went smoothly.

The workshop was neatly presented.
Parking very convenient.
The Mycar front desk manager was polite and welcoming. He gave me a close estimate of how much time they'd need.
The basic price was known, but he called back to recommend a few items of additional work that he considered important for the car and he quoted the prices for each of those. I appreciated this and I chose to get all of them done.

The car is running well after the service and the additional repair and works.

Good on you Mycar Garden City. I'd consider getting my other car serviced at your place when it is due.

Fast service, friendly staff with clear invoice and confirmation before proceeding. After service clearly explain what’s been done and status of different area of my car. Pricing seems fair as well (I don’t know much about cars)

The team at Garden City were very thorough with my service, noticing and raising even minor issues with my vehicle previous services didn't mention. They were very clear with the invoice and work that needed to be done and answered all my questions and were extremely helpful, getting the service and extra work complete the same day, and charged me a fair price for the work.

Every team member i interacted with was positive, helpful, informative and enthusiastic. The turnaround time was so efficient and therefore incredibly convenient for me. My Car may come at a premium price, but with efficiency and customer service to that high a standard, im happy to part with my hard earned money.

Very efficient

Poor level of service. Communication with the customer was lacking. Specific instructions were given and there was no follow up on these requests. The tyre cap on one of the tyres was not put back on and this was not communicated at all and reasons given why this was not done. There was no communication or explanation about the Tyre Care Plan. The wheel alignment that was undertaken has left the steering wheel off Centre and not straight. Overall not a good service or customer experience. Requires follow up.
