Good
Overall, the logbook service was quite good. However, they didn't rotate my tires. They mentioned that three of my tires were worn out and replaced them for me, which I appreciated. But I think the remaining tire should have been rotated as part of the service, and that part was overlooked.

Polite and Friendly Team
Friendly and efficient Team at mycar Forrest Hill. I had a tyre puncture and called to see if I could have it fixed as soon as possible. Karl was super helpful over the phone and was able to book in the repair within 30mins. Once I was there it was all smooth sailing. Tyre was repaired within 45min, super convenient location as well, you can pop over to the shopping centre for a coffee or retail therapy while you wait.
It is rare to have this level of customer service.
