Car Service…
The timing the service took was very good. Would prefer to be notified to collect my car, by phone. I did not see the text message until much later. I'm 80 years old with painful legs. I could have stopped walking around the shops much earlier and gone home to rest. Thank you for the online discount, it was much appreciated.

Easy to book- Great Service
Easy to book - I was hesitant to pay upfront but I think I actually preferred it once I got there as it meant no hassle.
They were open on the pricing and made sure I was called before replacing the battery and windscreeen wipers.
They also did my pink slip and my service log at the same time. Honestly, just really nice guys running the place!

I always go to figtree.Today Anthony and the guys from figtree once again came to my rescue. I was very worried about my car and I rang and anthony listened to me and my concerns he was so patient and understanding. He said bring the car in although he was busy he sorted out the problem which was me being overly concerned but he showed my respect and put my mind at ease. It is so lovely to have Anthony and the boys at figtree taking care of my car.So ladies need someone to trust go to figtree.

Amazing customer service
The manager Anthony has impeccable customer service, whilst the car experienced issues - the resolution was swift, customer satisfaction at the centre of the service and Anthony’s management was enough for me to recommend MyCar Figtree to family and friends.
