Very disappointed with this place
Very disappointed with this place. I had to visit 6–7 times over months for the same issue. From the beginning, they told me the problem was 100% engine mounts — no gearbox issues at all. I had already checked with other mechanics, including a transmission specialist, who confirmed it wasn’t a gearbox problem. They partially fixed the mounts but the vibration continued. Later, they told me it might be the gearbox — completely contradicting their earlier diagnosis. Today, without even checking the car, they told me again it’s the transmission and handed me a printed map to another shop, clearly trying to get rid of me. Waste of time, money, and energy. I chose this place thinking it was professional — but it was the worst mechanic experience I’ve had in Australia. Not recommended at all.

Deliver what they promise on product, price and service.
AND there's a movie theater in the complex while they complete the work - a text when jobs done. Customer service driven, professional and courteous, recommended.

Great customer service!
Took my i30 just to get looked at they had it for a few hours and found no issues,they didn’t charge me anything for the time spent on it which I was shocked! Lovely service very polite and helpful so I will be definitely coming back from now on and would definitely recommend to anybody!
