Excellent service and great value for money
I recently had four Pirelli Powergy tyres fitted to my Toyota C-HR at MyCar Ringwood. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.
Aghil was very helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He explained the tyre options clearly and made sure I understood the pricing, warranty, wheel alignment, and after-sales support.
The tyres were fitted professionally, wheel alignment was completed, and the car now drives much smoother and quieter than before. I was also very happy with the value for money and the warranty package included with the tyres.
Thank you to Aghil and the team for the excellent customer service. I would happily recommend MyCar Ringwood to family and friends.

Excellent service delivery by the staff that exceeded my expectations. My concerns were addressed and felt heard, even the little things. I am a happy customer and I have referred many people to the shop and will continue to do so.

If you only need an engine oil change…
If you only need an engine oil change and a basic service, I’d recommend this place since it’s quick and convenient for nearby maintenance. However, I wouldn’t recommend them for more technical repairs. I paid an extra $50 for a wheel rotation due to uneven tire wear, but during the last service they decided not to do it because they thought it wasn’t necessary. I also requested repairs such as replacing the wiper pump, but honestly I’ve never felt like any of those issues were properly fixed

Friendly service
Friendly service, done in a reasonable time frame. Happy with product so far.
Only negative is it can be difficult to drive into being very narrow with not much parking.

No tyres at Scheduled Appointment
Made an appointment for tyre change, but when I delivered the car, it took 30 minutes for them to call me and advise they didn't have the tyres available.. sounded like they were running late and didn't want to do my car
