Inconsistent
The first service we had with these guys was amazing! But our second service was disappointing. Instead of calling us to tell us about maintenance that needed to be done, like they did the first time, they called us around lunch time and told us the car was ready for collection. And when we collected, we were then given a list of things that needed to be done, and said you can do them yourself or you can rebook in before your next service is due to get it done.

Highly recommend automotive professionals
I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Mycar Cooparoo from booking in, greeting on delivering my car, speed and efficiency of service work and communication on issues and recommendations for other work. Ivan and his team are automotive professionals who care about their customers and theirs, providing easy understanding communication in a warm and friendly manner. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a tyre blow out yesterday morning…
I had a tyre blow out yesterday morning after driving to Brisbane from the Gold Coast. I called RACQ who put the spare tyre on but I couldn't drive home until the tyre was replaced. Lucky for me My Car was just up the road & the guys there were amazing. I could see they were really busy but they managed to squeeze me in & fit 2x new front tyres & do a wheel alignment in just over an hour. I was on my way back quick smart! Thank you so much :)
