Booked my car in for upper control arm replacement, then got a call it was actually a lower control arm issue, was adviced unfortunately that it would be a more expensive service, which it is. Lucky they have the option of ZipPay so I gave them the okay to do the job. Car steering feels much better and no more squeaking. Great service from booking in, checking car in and when picking up the car.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. So easy to choose the tyres and book online. Outstanding communication with emails and SMS updates. Friendly staff. I could not ask for anything more! 10/10! So happy!

Originally, I had booked my car into another Tyre and Auto business and didn't feel right about the price of what I was paying vs what I was getting so I called around town to get quotes for changing my break pads along with other fixes I needed done to my car and as soon as I called MyCar I could tell the quality of the service. The gentleman on the other side of the phone seemed happy and excited to have my business and was SUPER helpful in explaining the costs and additional benefits they give over other Tyre and Auto businesses. As soon as I received the amazing MyCar customer service I cancelled my booking at the other Tyre and Auto business and booked one with MyCar.

However, I accidently gave them the wrong phone number so when I rocked up to pick my car up after having the fixes made half hour before they closed, the gentleman manning the reception had apologized how he couldn't get into contact to me to explain how I needed new tires and for what reason. He gave me the cheapest option for replacing the tires (ones that were on special and cheaper than their budget tires) and told me to come back in half an hour to pick the car up.

Half hour later, I come back and my car has all new tires. So add super fast service to the list of pros MyCar does right.

Would highly recommend them just from the sheer quality of their customer service but additionally for their amazing benefits and service too! Thanks MyCar!

Went in on the Thursday afternoon to order new tyres and was able to have them fitted by the Saturday, that’s only 2 day wait, which I believe to be fantastic customer service and then on the Saturday, was a hassle free experience with tyres all fitted and balanced and paid for and out within 1.5 hrs again great customer service

I went to mycar tire and Auto for a few Services relating to a safety check not only did they do those specific services but they went over and beyond what my expectations were and I could not be happier for it Jake and the team at Clifford Gardens is one of the best I’ve ever seen with in the mechanic category of any city i’ve ever been in or heard of. I really appreciate everything that Jake and the team did for me and what they could do for me in the future they are a real asset
