Communication was fantastic
Communication was fantastic. I booked my car in for a standard service but I knew there would be extras because of the condition I bought it in. Staff addressed each of my personal concerns and additionally advised the extra necessities to make the vehicle safe for my family and for coming up to us towing a caravan. As time ran over they managed to prioritise and advise coming back to finish off one job as I was already in the waiting room with my two impatient children. This was a big relief for me coming up to 5pm and greatly appreciated.

Express turn around
What made my experience great was the attention to detail around the findings of what working needed to be carried out on the car and that it was all carried out on the same day. This is also in consideration of the fact that the car was only booked in the day before due to a cancellation. Big Thank you.

MyCar Clarkson were awesome with fixing my wife's broken door lock. Great communication and advice. They went above and beyond my expectations, staying late in the day to get us back on the road.

They felt like an honest bunch i mean…
They felt like an honest bunch i mean about 6mths ago my Mobile Mechanic told me i will probably need the Front brake pads doing next time so i thought i better book them in i get a call from Mycar saying they don't need doing there is still about 50% padding left so that part of the quote saved me hundreds 😁
