The headlight light bulb was broken. I popped into the store, and the friendly staff replaced it within a minute. Very happy with the service.

The mechanic dropped my car key on the floor and lost the responder inside the key fob. The staff did not fix the key fob for me despite their mistakes.

Keat at Mycar tyre and auto Claremont was very patient in trying to investigate the problem with my car. Most importantly he listened to understand the symptoms and went out of his way to replace a part. He was also honest and did not overcharge when he realised that he could have solved the problem with a method taking less time. I was also impressed that he called a few days later to check if the car was running well. Thank you!! I will definitely continue to bring my car to this workshop
