The issue with my car was not resolved and the check engine light still came on. I took the car back only to be told there’s another fault and it needed to be fixed. Was not sure why they didn’t diagnose this in the first visit as we have to be charged for labour second time. Also we paid additional costs to replace spark plugs and ignition coils for all cylinders when only one cylinder had misfired. Still issue was not resolved and we were quoted extra costs for second round repairs. Not happy.

Staff were easy to speak with and quick to answer any questions I had. They helped by working around my schedule. John Jeffery was particularly helpful and provided great customer service.

Went for the two years service for my BYD Dolphin. I was advised at the time of booking mycar could do the service log book and since I have only had the car service in Chastwood I carried on.
On arrival I was advised they would not be able to do a health check on the main battery. However, not a problem with the small twelve volts battery. At pick up I was told that because the small battery was a lithium battery,only BYD could do a health check for that one too. I felt I was mislead by Mycar. I understand BYD wants to do all the service in house, but from my point of view as a consummer, I paid the same amount 498$ to get some gear oil changed and cabin filter as well as a small computer update...mycar should revise its pricing if they wish to retain their customers, particularly if they are unable to offer the same service... Member of staff John was courteous throughout though...

I was a bit stressed about my car issue, but the team made the whole process so easy. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything in simple terms, and fixed it without any hassle. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. My car has been running perfectly since—thank you for the amazing service!

A great experience from dropping the BYD off for 20K service, good advice re: tyres that is common to EV vehicles and a smooth pickup.

The guys were really friendly, helpful and informative. They got everything done really quickly. Even when tyres needed to be ordered and I had to bring my car back the next day, they let me know as soon as the tyres came in and fit me in straight away to have them replaced. I also noticed the workshop look extremely clean compared to other mechanic shops.
