I would like to commend the excellent, common sense and pressure relieving service demonstrated by Tyson and his team last week, at MyCar Charnwood. The stress of getting my car towed from home, on a Saturday and the relief to be offered the service of leaving it at their workshop for early attendance on the Monday, was significant. Car was ready on Monday afternoon, and it was business as usual for me on Tuesday. So, I'd like to thank Tyson and his team at MyCar Charnwood and recommend their services to anyone who feels finding a place to service your car stressful. They'll ensure its stress free.

The staff at MyCar Charnwood are so helpful, informative and they go out of their way to help solve all your motoring issues. They are thorough, courteous and so professional. 5 stars for the hard work and conscientiousness you guys put in everyday, even on your extremely busy days. I continue to be amazed by the exemplary customer service provided by the Charnwood ACT Mycar Tyre & Auto team. The manager immediately recognised me from a previous visit several months ago and listened intently. Having missed the public transport, I arrived after closing time to collect my vehicle. Incredibly, I was greeted by workshop mechanic Tyson, who had stayed behind to make sure that I and my car got home safely. He spoke to me kindly and smilingly and I left feeling grateful and good about the world. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Huge 'thank you'!

Good and fast car service, very friendly customer service.

I took my car to the MyCar mechanics, as they said they could repair a centre bearing on my Commodore. I also asked for the transmission fluid to be replaced and the differential oil to be replaced.
When I got the car back I had to return it because the centre bearing was incorrectly repaired and the whole car vibrated from the spinning drive shaft which was not balanced properly. Also, the auto transmission oil was leaking onto my driveway.
I returned the car to have the centre bearing fixed and they didn't fix it. The shop manager told me to go and get it fixed and he would pay for the repair. Hopeless. Then I spoke to the area manager who said he would fix it and reneged on the shop manager's deal. At that point I had already ordered another part and paid the $1,000 deposit for a new mechanic to fix the issue. Don't go to MyCar Charnwood ACT.
