I booked basic plus service over the phone.
Because it wasn't the first time, I just presumed wheel balancing was included. That was the ONLY reason to go with the basic plus for me.
Unfortunately, when I found out it's not longer included the car was already being serviced.
I don't need the road assistance, I have a comprehensive with RACV where yours is quite limited in comparison.

I was told that whatever we had to change I would get a call and then we would ask you before we change it
But when I got the call it was already changed

Man at reception and mechanic were very friendly and helpful.
However, booked online and it stated essential plus service included tyre balancing. Was told when I arrived that it no longer includes it, however it is still advertised on the website that it does.
Service on the car was reasonable and advice given was welcomed. Was almost overcharged when going I paid.

The guys removed the screw from my tyre and checked for a leak, fortunately there wasn't any leak, so they didn't charge me anything. Also, they pumped up the other tyres which was appreciated.

I normally love my experience with mycar but my latest trip left a lot to be desired. When I first arrived the shop had disappeared - no-one had informed me of this when I booked. Due to a building redesign the shop no longer existed and I couldn't find where to go. After a phone call I was informed of there was a concierge service and my car would be driven 15mins to another venue. I was scolded for being late despite arriving on time for the booking. The booking person had given me the wrong time. As a result I was informed that the required work couldn't be done because the shop closed early on Saturday (news to me) and the parts person finished earlier than that. A basic service was conducted with no time to fix anything that was found during the service. I was booked in for other tasks but they 'didn't have the time' even though it was shown as requested on the booking. And most irritatingly they moved my seat despite a deliberate request not to do so. Finally payment had to be done in advance of work via an online portal due to the concierge service. I will no longer be a customer of that branch of mycar and will seek another. The whole thing was deeply dissatisfying.

Really personable and friendly service, clear and honest servicing - overall a great experience!

The service and contact was great.
Finding and accessing the "valet" point was difficult.

I went last Saturday 15/10/22 for a regular service (oil, wheel alignment, etc) everything was good apparently. But, after I picked up my car and went home, white smoke started to come out from the front of the car. I opened the hood and the Radiator Cap was missing. They forgot to put it back. I called them 6 times before 2:00 pm (no answer) after that my day was a nightmare thanks to their irresponsibility.

I was given a competitive price for purchase and fitting including wheel alignment for four tyres. Fitting was done in reasonable time and I was notified when completed.

Courteous and efficient service flom everyone

I was very pleased with the work that they did on my car, the staff were very efficient and friendly.

I have been a regular customer of mycar Chadston. However with my recent service experience I were very disappointed. The bill came up $1000 plus. They only explained briefly over the phone. When I making inquires with the break down changes in person. The Manager has been very rude use F**** in front his employee. I took a video of his behaviour. I won’t recommend to anyone do service with my car Chadston.

Bad customer service, I’ve changed the brake lights and it simply stopped working within 3 months causing me issues again

From the first call Micaela and the team from Chadstone organised and kept everything sorted. The process was smooth and without hassle. The service was carried out on time and as indicated, with an update on what may need to be looked at over the next few months. No pressure or hassle. Great communication and customer service. Hope that the Chadstone mycar location will not be out of action for too long whist the centre and the area around is being expanded and refurbished.

I always have a good experience when using My Car Chadstone they are extremely helpful and feel confident that they will do a good job. The staff are very courteous and they look after me as far as costs.
