When booking I was told what service the car was due the price of the service. Was notified when extra work was needed to be done and which items could be done next service.

They found the tiny puncture in my tyre which another service centre couldn’t find. And they fixed it free as they had installed the tyres.

The work was completed quickly and the team shared warranty information
The work was completed quickly, the team at Coles Store Support Centre mycar are friendly, I paid online and they asked for my flybuys when I collected my keys.
I was there to have a headlight replaced and they let me know of the 2 year warranty which I was really happy about as I have been replacing at super cheap auto and the globes aren't lasting.
