Very helpful, friendly and a great job at a competitive price. Always use Mycar for the convenience.

My previous experience with this venue have been great but this one did not live up to those previous experiences.
One of the main reasons I had got around to booking the car in for service was to get my drivers window to open. I accept that they could not make this happen on the day but I was promised a call the next day when they had sourced the parts. This call never happened, nor did it happen the day after that. (Since then I have been unavailable.) A call to say that they hadn't sourced the part but were still trying to do so, keeping me updated would have been appreciated. It is not good customer service to make a promise that you do not keep.
I'm sure the work that they did do was fine. I'm not at all mechanically minded so I really do not know and cannot comment on that.

Had a service at Bundaberg mycar yesterday 28/11/24. Was told my water pump was no good and needed replacing. After it was replaced they tell me the noise was from my timing chain and there was nothing wrong with the water pump. They charged me $390.00 for something I did not need. Also on my tax invoice it says vehicle road test, a lie, my car was still on the hoist when I went in to pick it up. I will never use mycar again.. They are a rip off.

The entire experience with the team at their Bundaberg store was great. From making my booking over the phone, their availability of stock and ability to accommodate my very last minute booking, and the extremely friendly staff in store. Not to mention the great price and Flybuys. Top experience all round!

Didn't have to wait long for a booking. Staff explained everything. Got a written report. And car was ready on time.

Excellent service

Unfortunately my car did not fit into the car park at Bundaberg. I had to divert to south of Noosa. It’s a shame they don’t make clear the height restriction on the website.

The service at Maroochydore was deal with very efficiently so thanks to them for seeing it through. The problems are with head office and not the beach itself and they told me they are allways dealing with this issue.

I will take my car back though as the fixed price servicing is good value.

Polite, friendly highly skilled people whom when above their job descriptions with expertise beyond my expectations. The credit for my family's safety gose to them.

Booked to get a flat tyre repaired. Manager was very friendly and approachable. Work was done quickly.

Thanks to Jason at Bundy I'm still a customer after my horrid experience with Gladstone. That team needs removing.
