I use Mycar for all my car needs.
My first car was serviced by Kmart Auto Service, back in the 1980's. (which was the original name.)
I find them to be knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help solve part issues.
I also love the Flybuys points you get from having all services, repairs and tyres purchased there.
I just purchased a new set of tyres, and with the purchase of 2 or more tyres, comes 2 yr warranty, any tyre punctures or flat tyres repaired free.
With a service you get roadside assist for a yr aswell free.
The guys that work there are helpful, I like that they tell it how it is, and they work hard to meet their busy deadlines.
Their customer liaison is the only area I feel they could make a little more effort to be a lil friendlier but in saying that I do like the staff.
I think it comes down to they're so flat out busy everyday and no doubt it's a high stress zone.
(I don't hold it against them.)
