Staff were friendly and attentive and work was completed efficiently

I have been getting all my services & repairs for a few years now through mycar browns plains & do not trust anyone else with my car. They are always reliable, efficient & affordable. They always take the time to explain everything to me so that I can understand. All the staff are super friendly.

It took 1.5 hrs to wait just fix the puncture tire.

Cannot fault My Car Browns Plains one bit. Very good communication and service by all staff. Thank you!
If I had one small gripe a sofa in the office for us customers would be much better than two uncomfortable chairs especially for the older clientele. ☺️

Friendly staff

First time using Mycar to service my car. Seems well organised. Did mention my front tyres will need replacement shortly. Did not discuss anything else about my car. Customer service could improve regarding this aspect. Car was not detailed which could have improved my rating

my vehicle recently run out of its warranty being 5 years old, so instead of taking it to Mercedes I decided to give mycar a go. The service was ok for the money it's nothing I could have done myself, but I wanted the receipt to prove it was done correctly as per the manufacture recommendations, what didn't impress me was when I went to pick the vehicle up the service light on the dash was still indicating being due for a service, so I asked them to reset it, after about 20mins I was told that there computer was not able to reset this at that point and I should contact Mercedes to clear the service light. this was the only reason I took the car to mycar in the first place as it was local and connivant service that offer like for like service and I did not want the hassle of going to Mercedes and paying a premium for the same service. although they were helpful it's disappointing that they were not able to pull this information and reset the service as expected in a normal service. I spent 5 min on google at home researching it and was able to fix the service interval myself. I expected better but will likely use them again.
