mycar Tyre and Auto in Braddon, A.C.T has been my shop to go to when I require repairs and servicing for my vehicle. I have been with them for 20 years now. Although I have seen some staff changes during this time, the service they deliver is always without fault. Great advice and service on every visit. My latest contact is with Alex, a young man with enthusiasm in his work and manner, providing valuable feedback on any questions I have for him about my vehicle. I needed an urgent tyre repair
I needed an urgent tyre repair. MyCar Braddon booked me in immediately, fixing the tyre quickly and professionally. When I went to pay I was told that it was such a quick, easy job that there was no charge! I was gobsmacked to say the least! I would not expect that they would do this often, but I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them for any future work on my car.

Braddon store
Arrived at Braddon store with 2 slashed tyres 1 hour before end of trade on a Saturday
Even though there were 2 tyres in stock the service guy wouldn’t help me because he said management had told him not to work past 12 noon under any circumstances and he had 3 cars ahead of me even though I was from Coffs Harbour and needed to get home
Was told the car would be ready at 10am on the Monday
We drove away at 11.30am.

He perfectly explained what was wrong with my car with brilliant diagrams and a proper explanation. The fully itemised invoice was very reasonable. He's a humble, respectful young man who knows cars!! I'm new to Canberra but I won't be going anywhere else in future.
