I booked in last week Friday 11 April…
I booked in last week Friday 11 April and nothing was done on my car. The team said it was a computer glitch. Somebody forgot to record my details. You would think that they would be really sorry for wasting my whole day! No would you like to book in next week? Well today I tried to book in 14 April by phone. Our systems are still down. I will call you back. Still haven't received a call. Unless they make some amends I would strongly encourage people not to use them. Management has changed hands and it is no longer a friendly place. Extremely disappointed.

Drives nicely BUT damaged
Car drives nicely after service at Blackburn workshop, BUT cabin smells like the inside of an oil drum, AND there's a deep, sharp screwdriver scratch in the driver door. Told to come back later and talk about it. Not happy.

Peter and one of the mechanics provide good customer service. Unfortunately, one Asian guy and another staff member asked for extra money to change the tyre. Really disappointed with Blackburn Service Station.

Peter efficiently explained about the work that was going to be done on my car- replace tail shaft and its role.
The car was able to be repaired whilst I was at work.
