They had my car from 8 am and I asked for pickup at 12. I left at 1330. So it took them 6.5 hours to change 2 rear tyres.
Great price but poor service.

Always a great crew at my Car Benowa. Affordable and just a great bunch of blokes who have helped me in times of need with my vehicle without trying to charge me and arm and leg to help. Preston is a great manager. Thanks for always looking after our vehicles.

Flexible booking, honest down to earth expert advice, great service very friendly staff

customer service was great as i did not have to wait long to be served but there were several things that irked me. I was booked in for a wednesday but they actually booked for for the tuesday. Maybe a text confirmation of your booking prior to the day would help. I had an oil leak and explained that it was similar to a previous problem that they had fixed but they steam cleaned the engine and could not find the oil leak, my car is still leaking oil but they did tell me to come back so they could check again. I had the spare tyre on and specifically asked that they fix that and place it back on the car. They only rotated the 4 tyres and never placed the spare back in the boot(trunk). the spare is still on the car and the original is still in the boot(trunk). In short I don't think they really listened to me about the things I wanted under taken on the car at the time of requesting the service.

I have used Presley and his team to service our family cars for the last 3 years. They are a great bunch of lads. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

The guys are always pleasant and friendly and let me know as soon as possible if anything extra needs to be done.

Always feel welcomed by friendly staff. Same staff upon return for services which is great to see. Knows the car and never feel like I’m taken for a ride, but most importantly never had any problems with my car :)
