Good price and speedy service
Good price and speedy service. Gentleman at front desk at morning drop off was not overly friendly however afternoon pick up was a much nicer experience. Was advised I needed two new tyres however an alternate tyre retailer advised I still had 5k left of tread.

My car Belconnen branch lied to me…
My car Belconnen branch lied to me about my tyres. I went to a few different tyre shops checking the fact about getting new tyres. All other shops had confirmed i don't need one. Poor customer experience, despite paying the full service, they didn't rotate my tyre! Now I suspect if they have done any job at all!

Great repair and customer service
I needed my driver side door handle replaced and while waiting for the parts to come in, the team has kindly offered to do a temporary replacement. The best part was that the service was provided free of charge. It was a reliable service and we always bring our car here for regular service. Thanks a lot Jordan and team 😊

I had a flat tyre on the Easter public…
I had a flat tyre on the Easter public holiday. On the Saturday they offered to squeeze me in despite being fully booked and stayed open late to complete the job. Excellent service and would recommend.

Good service, poor online booking and communication
- Pre booked online and could not get the right mileage due to predefined setting based on car age.
Ended up being a problem for the staff as the service was supposed to be more important.
But no communication.
- Car pickup was set and confirmed to be 3.00. Came on time and car wasn’t ready. Car got ready 45 min later.
Again communication could have been better.
Staff onsite did what he could but a several service glitches that communication could have avoided

Super helpful advice
Super helpful, answered all my lay questions with patience and insights.
I had a slow puncture, turns out I needed 2 new tyres due to legal limits on tread. Gave me the choice of two tyres, advised four best and why. Agreed a discount for volume x four tyres.
Excellent and. honest service on an expensive and unexpected cost. The tyres I bought have a 50,000 km warranty and free balancing etc every 6 months and IO can use My Car close to home in Sydney.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Booking was simple, drop off took 30 seconds, they sent me a text when it was ready (2 hours earlier than expected), and payment and collection was quick. Very happy with the work, and great service throughout. Will DEFINITELY be back.
