The 2 guys at Armadale were very fast and efficient in fixing my car same day and having it ready by 5pm so I could go to work, they sourced the parts from a wrecker that they didn't have stock of all in the same day..

This is the second time I have put my car in for a service and both times it was mentioned my front brakes need replacing. Have taken my car to a brake expert which mentioned my front brakes are completely ok. My rear brakes unfortunately were in desperate need of replacing. How can the mechanic get it so wrong, twice? Also tyre pressures were not checked. Pressure was 20psi above recommended pressure.

After an initial hick-up on communications was resolved
the work and service was good.

They fitted me in on only a couple of day's notice and were done much quicker than anticipated. Overall experience and the price were good.

ORDERED A TYRE FOR MY CAR 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NOT HAVING HEARD ANYTHING I CALLED INTO STORE TO FIND OUT IT STILL HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED.

Booked using online portal. Called day before to be advised tyres are not in. Took another 2 days, then told it would be a 2.5 hour window as they were short staffed. After voicing my disappointment they managed to do within the hour.

Breaks and CV joint were asked to be fixed. Breaks were replaced but still make a squeaky sound and CV joints weren’t fixed at all. Not very pleased about that.

Service was no mess no fuss, a great price and other issues identified and clearly explained to me.

Look at staff attitude toward their customers. When they send you a booking with no time so you call to check, change the time and confirm the booking only to be told that you should have been there as per first booking and that because you are late, yes, late, my booking was 10-30 and arrived at 10-20 the previous booking was 8 am, they could not do my wheel alignment because the hoist was busy. Therefore the wheel alignment that they did on my previous visit was not good and was supposed to be re done. I shall not recommend or endorse this business in any way. On my first visit they fitted tyres that were too small for the vehicle just because they were the ones we ordered, what sense does that make to anyone, surely the safety issue alone would make you discuss with the customer the wrong sizing, but no, just put them on. After I drove out I heard a clicking noise on the left side of car so immediately went back and whoever fitted the tyres had forgotten to remove the sticky label. Rather shoddy workmanship and customer liaison. Very disappointed.

Mixed service. The logbook service I paid for was good although ut wasn't made clear to me that I was getting a refund as they didnt have all the parts required for the service.
I had asked when I dropped the car off if they could look at the air con and advise if it needed repairs, although this was missed entirely when I picked up the car.

Friendly, professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending my friends to talk to Stuart and team for any tyre & auto requirements.
