I love MyCar, except for one small thing
I love MyCar and highly recommend. The only issue I’ve had the last couple of times is they didn’t leave my keys at the service station next door after hours as agreed. So I’ve turned up with no keys to collect and am stranded. Having to walk home in the dark and cold, and come back the following day to pick up the keys. Not a great experience - twice. Everything else is awesome.

Good experience with slow leak…
Good experience with slow leak puncture. When MyCar Annandale looked at it, they recommended replacing the tyre. I preferred to replace the corresponding one as well, and they gave me $50 off for the 2. All done as expected, on scheduled time.

Great customer service
Griffin attended to my flat tyre as soon as I arrived, even though I didn’t have an appointment. He was friendly, thorough, efficient and understanding of my situation. I was able to head to work straight after with no issues.
