The team at Albury My Car always do a good job on my car services and road inspections. Friendly and helpful mechanics.

My experience was mediocre this time
My experience was mediocre this time. A broken tube leading to my air box was broken and it was taped up temporarily without guarantee of how long it would last. However, when checking after 3 days to see if the spare part had been ordered, it had not! The mechanic called someone while I was there and then said they had to wait because it wasn’t immediately available. After telling me that they got parts from Ford service I drove to Ford and the part was immediately available! Ford service will carry out the final repair. There was one small job they didn’t carry out either since they claimed they were short of staff and time but they had the option of keeping my car for a further two hours in order to finish the job. The manager also let me know in an unfriendly manner that there was at least a week’s wait for booking in my car to finish the work. I have used My Car for many years and the Manager should know me by now but there is no welcoming friendly and helpful approach. I won’t be using My Car service again!
