Hi. I spoke with John who explained clearly what I needed to know. My car was booked in quickly, and once they’d ascertained my tyre couldn’t be mended, John rang me with options. I needed time to think, so requested the spare be put on, which they happily did without charging me. I have now booked in for two new tyres. Easy to deal with and felt valued as a customer. The team helped me by rushing the parts over that weren’t correct, getting the work done quickly, charging me less than expected and patched two tyres for free!

Honest and helpful
Jules gave me an accurate estimate of the work needed, and I got my car back in beautiful working order. Turns out I didn't need new tires, the other work done fixed the trouble beautifully.

Great team at Airport West
Great team at Airport West. Friendly, helpful and if there is any extra work that needs to be done on your car they let you know and they don't pressure you to do it there and then if you don't have the money. You can bring your car back. I let everyone I know to go there. Thank you.
