I appreciated that the staff member I dealt with for my first service with mycar had excellent communication skills and patiently explained the function of the components which needed repairing.

Needed a puncture fixed.
Was unable to get an appointment to fix the tyres on the same day around the eastern suburbs.
Mycar in Adelaide city were very accomodating and fixed the puncture promptly.
The person at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. Thankyou very much indeed.

Trustworthy team
We love MyCar Adelaide and we enjoyed the lockbox this time despite being worried about leaving the car in a Loading Zone….wish we could leave the car inside before 8am if the doors are open. But loved the service…thank you.

mycar Casula
mycar Casula found that two tires needed replaced. Replaced tyres as part of the vehicle service being carried out and included the roadworthiness inspection as part of the process. Have used them regularly and always good an excellent job.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The team offered a thorough and thoughtful explanation of my car’s issues, clearly outlining the urgent repairs while giving me options to decide on the next steps.
Being from Victoria, I found that many other repair shops were fully booked, but My Car was able to schedule me in within just two days—the earliest available appointment I could find. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, transparency, and reliable service.

Excellent turnaround time & great service
This was the fastest turnaround time for having my van serviced. Less than 2.5hours, which is amazing when I live in my van & have to kill time on a hot day until it's ready. Staff were very thorough & really nice blokes. Thankyou!
