My Budget has changed my life. I am physically and mentally disabled and keeping up with changes or even having time between hospital or doctor visit's to pay or keep up with day to day bills was problematic for me; I never have to worry, I have been with My Budget for some time and it has eased my anxiety considerably and your contact centre staff are of the highest standard; informed, polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Too many people….customers need one person helping them
It’s nice to have a budget company looking after our finances, but at times it’s frustrating because it’s a different person all the time. Why can’t you hire people to look after several budgets at a time so we get the same person working on our budget along with us? My son is ADHD and he really needs someone to help him with his finances, but because there isn’t that one on one help he would become frustrated and confused.
