I have been with my budget for many…
I have been with my budget for many years. When i was struggling as a widow bringing up my daughter they were amazing and they were instrumental in paying off all my debts. My new husband and I continue to be customer because my budget take all Tbe worries about money away. We never argue about money and communication is more about which holiday destination we will be going to next. We will be life customers. The staff are always amazing.

Great company to help you organise your money
This company is great to help you organise your bills and payments. If you have a debt then they will help you pay it off by organising your money and even help you save when you couldn’t see it was possible before. They do charge you a weekly amount but it’s worth it.

MyBudget got us out of being week to…

Misleading misinformation in review by someone who was staff member
I don’t think it is right that my budget give us misinformation because they used staff to make reviews and then say they are clients. I was thinking about contacting them and saw a great review on face-book from someone who said they are a client and then when I tried to get it back I saw the same person is actually a staff member from another picture.even when I complained they still have not changed this. I have reported this to the accc because they should need to tell us in the video they are staff even when they are a customer because this is misinformation and not a genuine review from someone who doesn’t work for them.

After going through a bad week
After going through a bad week, I had a most amazing woman by the name of Cara call and reach out to me as she could see from the last conversation I had with my budget I wasn't doing to well. Cara just didn't see me as a number, but as a person. I'm forever grateful for how she treated me and really listened to me. She wasn't calling to offer any real services but just to really check in on me. Cara you really made my week and made me feel loved and appreciated 🙏 as a man, I'm not much of a cryer, someone must of chopped onions 😂 mybudget really do go out of their way to help their clients. I'm so grateful for the conversation, thank you!!! PS to any manager that see this, Cara definitely deserves a promotion or a pay rise.
