Toby and his entire team (especially Izzy, “Z” and Connor) put together an amazing experience in Pamplona for the Festival. Our flight from the U.S. was delayed several hours and we arrived in Pamplona after the tour of the route we were set to run the next morning. We stayed in touch with Toby and he arranged for Izzy & Z to meet us and give us a full tour of the route even though it was after 8 PM when we finally got there. They explained the history of the run and the town and also showed us the best place to start and where their balcony was for the next day so they could get the best pictures of us during the run. We had a great time that night and were fully prepared for our adventure the next morning.

The team was all there in the morning and got us to the square and ready for the run. And despite the sky high expectations for this truly Bucket List experience everything actually exceeded our wildest dreams! After 15 minutes or so in the arena we met up with the team and went back to the hotel for breakfast and a wind down. Another first rate experience there too. The hotel was fabulous and centrally located and just another example of the level of quality and attention to detail that Toby and his team dedicate to everything they do.

As we were enjoying breakfast and swapping stories with other runners & guests Toby started sending some pics of our run that he took from his balcony, several professional-quality shots that included the exact moment I touched the bull during the run. Capturing that moment for me was simply priceless and allowed me to memorialize this fabulous experience forever.

I can’t adequately express my delight with literally every aspect of the trip and everything Toby and his team did for us, from working around our very late arrival to making every minute enjoyable and special. This experience was worth every penny (nd more!) and we will definitely be taking another trip with Bucket List Events.

I enjoyed my time in Paris, France. The Olympics’ beach volley ball event held adjacent to the Eiffel Tower was fabulous!

This is a great company! We had a tour of Paris for the 2024 Olympics, and everything was perfect. Wonderful hotel, tickets to the Opening Ceremony, fun tours, and best of all - Rich and his staff. They took very good care of us and made sure that everything went smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

2024 Paris Olympics Review:
While we are frequent travelers, we had never attended the Olympics before and decided to sign up with the BLE group to assist us with what initially seemed to be an overwhelming process to attend the 2024 Paris Olympics. Unfortunately, this was an expensive mistake as we paid a lot of money and received minimal/very limited services (i.e., basically an average hotel room and airport transfers) from this group from the beginning to the end - to the point that we frequently questioned whether this business was legitimate or not. As such, we cannot recommend BLE for future travel to major events.

More specifically, these are the facts related to our experience with BLE: we found this group to be very disorganized from the time of our initial reservation/deposit in 2022 to a few days prior to our actual attendance at the 2024 Paris Olympics when we struggled to get confirmation of an excursion included with our package (i.e., we kept being promised that info would be coming by a specified date(s), with no follow-up communications when such information was delayed). Also, during the 1+ year of payments for our Olympic package, we were rarely provided with specific information about the Olympic process (i.e., obtaining tickets for Olympic events, info re: transportation options/tickets to events). When such information finally appeared in our inbox, it was provided at least a month or two late, to the point that it was totally and practically useless. The disorganization and delays from the BLE staff were also always accompanied by excuses, to the point that it became a joke for us. Since we were attending this major event as part of our 40th anniversary celebration, we ended up figuring how to buy tickets to our desired Olympic events and transportation passes on our own long before BLE provided this information to us. We will also note that we had an awesome time at the Paris Olympics despite the disorganization of this group as we ended up focusing on making sure that they did not ruin our time and experiences once we arrived in Paris! So, the bottom line for us, save your money if you are looking for assistance in attending major bucket list events and find another travel group!

The website is very limited with pricing and what it includes and what the itineraries are. Very cryptic. Two phone numbers are given to call sales experts that go by the name of Brian Peters and Richard Beard. When you dial their respective phone numbers it rings once and then goes into a fast busy signal. Either they're out of business or just not on top of things! Red flags for me.

I ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain with Bucket List Events, and I highly recommend them for your next adventure! From the hotel accommodations, social gatherings, bullfights and most importantly to the preparation for the runners to ensure a safe experience and the balcony experience for the watchers, everything was first class! Toby, Connor and the entire team made sure we had a great experience I highly recommend BLE without hesitation, and will be using them for my next adventure (The Masters 🤔)

My 18-year old son and I loved the 2024 Running With the Bulls package - it was the thrill of a lifetime. We started in San Sebastián - the hotel was amazing with views right over the beach. We ate amazing food and hiked part of the Camino de Santiago. Then we traveled to Pamplona for the opening ceremony and ran the first 2 days of the event, ending in the arena both times. The tour staff was amazing - so helpful and responsive - and the accommodations and food tours were top notch. If you want a first-class experience with knowledgeable and helpful professionals, BOOK THIS EVENT!

Everything was spot-on, right on time, delicious, hilarious, thought-provoking and reassuring, all in the right measure. From Dara's stops with the group on the way to the bulls to give last minute advice, to Jules' fabulous insights into anything I asked about, you could tell that these folks cared deeply about our experiences and well-being.
A hardcore DIYer, I had the fleeting thought about trying to do this whole thing myself, and I immediately moved on, assured that there was no way I could match the BLE staff for their vast knowledge and organization. They're worth every cent. Try them and see.

I just went to the Run With The Bulls event and had a life changing experience. The team at BLE is top notch and I am excited to check out a few of their other events. I will also be back next year to run again for sure!!!

Myself and my girlfriend attended the 2024 masters and it was an amazing experience.

Brian, Rich and the rest of the guys put on a great day and I would highly recommend anyone who’s thinking about using bucket list events for any of the future events.

I used them for The Masters and the experience was fantastic! They were great with providing all the details ahead of time and the service was amazing! They helped us secure a house rental and it was such an easy, seamless process. It was such a relief to not have to worry about dinner after spending all day on the course in the sun- it was all provided. I definitely would work with this team again and they certainly live up to their name!

10/10 recommend using Bucketlist Events for Oktoberfest! I loved that they had multiple people to talk to in Germany to make sure we knew our agenda. Even showed up to make sure our airport shuttle worked out. Our group also loved our Oktoberfest "drinking buddies" Ciaran and Dara! Both knowledgeable about the event and definitely created and maintained a fun vibe in the tents! Bucket List Events took care of booking events we didn't know we wanted to do and gave great recommendations for things we wanted to do! Thanks so much for making our experience epic!

This review is long overdue. My husband and I have had the fortunate blessing of being able to go on so many adventures. I cannot speak highly enough about our bucket list events tour guides For Oktoberfest, Sarah was our lead guide who was the most delightfully kind and warm person I've had the pleasure of getting a tour from. She kept a close eye on us during the festivities to ensure our time was life changing but thwarting any bad actors who might jeopardize our time. Her partner in crime was equally fantastic and their collaboration together gave us all an amazing time. What sets this company apart from any other experience I ever had was I accidentally left my phone in Munich. Sarah was starting a new tour adventure in Berlin and actually met up with me to bring me my phone when we traveled there as part of our next destination. This company, and Sarah in particular, are the dream tour experience and I'm thankful every day that I stumbled across their website. ❤️

We had the most amazing time in NYC and the Macy’s thanksgiving day parade was perfectly organized and so fun. The restaurant and viewing area were the best! Then it was off the the radio city music hall Christmas spectacular! Another can’t miss holiday treat. Our hotel was in the heart of it all in Times Square so we could do all those things on our bucket list.

We could not have had a better experience taking the Macy's Day Parade off our bucket list. I highly recommend this crew and will definitely look this direction for future vacations from my list!

The Macy's Day Parade event was well organized and top rate. The staff was efficient and very accommodating.The Palace Lotte Hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were bigger than expected. The restaurant for brunch had a perfect second floor picture window for viewing the parade, and the buffet offfered a variety of food choices. Our seats at both the Rockettes and the Broadway show were excellent. The introductory cocktail party and the commemorative ornaments were great touches to a wonderful holiday experience. Our group of twelve family members ranged in age from 14 to 80, and everyone of us had a memorable experience for which we are extremely thankful.

Macy's Day Parade VIP Just do it! They take care of it all and all of it is first class. Yes, stay at the Lotte Towers. Yes, stay another night or two and yes splurge, it's the holidays in NYC and the city is electric.
While there if you need anything Ben from Bucket List is the consummate host and will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need and want. This trip was well organized and precisely coordinated. The staff at Bucket List Events were always available and personable. The hotel selected was exceptional and the check-in was seamless. The venue for watching the Parade allowed our granddaughters to actually sit on the curb in front of the restaurant where we could also watch from inside. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience we will always cherish!

We had the most amazing time for the Macy’s Parade, Rockettes and our Broadway show. Every detail was perfect!
