Not happy
I have to admit my consultant was wonderful but the process was a for myself and my consultant was nightmare. Thank goodness for Glenda with her calm approach and guidance I would have given it away. Thank you Glenda I still owe you a beer!

First time was no fluke
This is the second time we have used this company and both times they have been outstanding. Their professionalism, attention to detail and communication skills are of the highest order. Excellent experience
Excellent experience. I was very worried about the time it would take to renew my passport from overseas as we had flights booked in 8weeks, but Hayley made facilitated the process extremely efficiently and kept me updated consistently along the way.
Turn around time was 3 weeks from submission to having my new passport delivered to Australia.
I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing to get their applications organised quickly and seamlessly.
