I have been working with MyBespoke and highly recommend their services.
I initially booked the design for the living / dining room, and shortly after I decided to extend this for both bedroom and office room.
It all started with a very informative session about the process / services, I was given the opportunity to share details of the design I was looking for so I could be matched to a designer from the team.
Thereafter, I had a first session with the lovely designer Laura, who very quickly understood the design I am looking to achieve. She presented and explained a few layout options that I totally loved. Her designed actually enahnced my idea of the perfect place. Once the design has been agreed, the amazing Jess A helped me with the process of finding the best furniture and accessories matching the design, and taking care of the overall ordering / delivering porcess (while she had to work with some time restrictions from my side). She was super supportive and patiently and kindly helped me in the process where I couldnt decide on options and had to make a couple of exchanges.

Moving into a new build, we were met with wall after wall of white and we put up with it for about as long as we could.

We found MyBespokeRoom online and after speaking to Laura C we were absolutely hooked. She asked all the right questions and we felt really listened to. We haven't managed to sort out all the changes but we've definitely had the wow moments that were promised in the two rooms that she designed for us. The shopping experience was such a great surprise, price matched products, multiple options at different prices and any problems handled by the support team. Just such a well thought through process that meant we could get everything on the website and they arranged with all the suppliers.

We had an excellent experience with My Bespoke Room. Our interior designer was Sarah and she was really lovely. Very pleasant and easy to talk to. She was able to incorporate any furniture pieces we already had, the kitchen design and the style we wanted and come up with a range of room layouts and styles for each area. She chose a really good range of great pieces to compliment everything and was on hand to answer any questions we had, through the face to face online sessions and then through a chat, which we accessed regularly. No question was too big or small and she always came back to us with helpful advice and made the whole process of our renovation much smoother and less stressful. Sometimes working from only floor plans had its issues, as the designer only works with you online, but if you have detailed plans, photos and measurements, it’s generally fine.

The shopping process was excellent and here we had Jess A, who was also lovely. She was extremely efficient, helpful and excellent at chasing up purchases, holding back orders and organising delivery or returns of items. It was slightly tricky to keep track of items, but once you get the hang of using the order board, you can track things more easily. This process could possibly be improved by keeping orders of different rooms on separate lists, since the list becomes very long if you are doing multiple areas.
Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them. Affordable, great interior design without leaving the comfort of your home!

Having access to the shop is a great!

I have used My Bespoke Room twice now and cannot fault their expertise or service. We have completely remodelled an office/ spare bedroom and an open plan dining/ living room/ kitchen based on MBR’s recommendations. Each time we had a rough idea of what we wanted… but both times MBR elevated the designs and chose the most amazing colour schemes we’d never have even considered. We still get comments from guests on the rooms! I recommend MBR to every friend who is about to redesign their room but is unsure where to start. The process is also very much a cooperative one. Our ideas built in at every stage. Cannot recommend them enough!

I’m so happy with everything that I’m planning to have the rest of the house designed!

The best decision we made in our barn conversion was talking to MyBespokeRoom early in the process. Liv was absolutely amazing helping us visualise the space, even getting the plugs in the right place. It sounds so silly but the difference her attention to detail has made is incredible. We are so, so happy with the entire experience and cannot recommend the whole team enough.

I used My Bespoke Room for design help with my daughter's and son’s bedrooms when we moved house. It was such an easy process and because it was all done online it meant that the kids could get involved and inspired too! My daughter wasn’t sure about the move and working with My Bespoke Room made it a fun and positive experience for her. My designer, Rosie, was great at finding me creative solutions and giving me ideas I wouldn't have thought of for their rooms - very impressed! We used their shopping service once we'd finished the room designs which saved time and hassle, just what I needed when we were handling a big house move! My favourite part overall was the ‘reveal’ moment with the finalised room design and all the design tips – it was absolutely perfectly pitched and helped provide a real wow factor to the whole experience.

Things get a bit messy from the supplies including broken items and delays and whatnots but it is very well arranged by their support.

Design looks fabulous too.

EXCELLENT customer service, help with exchanges, refunds, changed your mind... Just makes the moving process SO much easier. 12/10.

I'd recommend mybespokeroom to my mother, best friend, and anyone who'd like to hear it.

The service is more "bulge bracket" and heps with furniture picking more than other, perhaps more "bespoke" interior solutions. This makes it cheaper, and easier to go along with,. This is exaclty what we were looking for and we are so happy we chose mybespokeroom.

I was so excited to decorate my living-dining room but I had too many ideas and couldn't seem to get translate my vision into a reality. After stubbornly believing that I could decorate an awe-inspiring home all alone, I gave up and contacted My Bespoke Room.

My designer Rosie was phenomenal! She took the time to hear all my weird and wonderful ideas and took elements of my favourites and managed to incorporate them in a way I would never have thought of myself.

She knew I loved more classical design but was living in a new build and she also took the time to listen to me go on and on about my love of deep dark greens but this was going to be problematic in a space that doesn't get a lot of light. She suggested jade sofas and crisp white panelling in contrast against cargo wall paint. I wasn’t sure until I saw the stunning 2D visuals she provided and then I was in love. It was literally me, embodied in a room.

I'm actually doing the design a disservice here as not only was it beautiful but Rosie came up with some ingenious ways to make the most of the space and now the room feels twice as big!

I cannot recommend this service enough, especially to fellow DIYers. After all, collaborating with experts with years of experience can only be a good thing!

Well, it's been a wonderful journey with My Bespoke Room ever since I stumbled onto their service on the Houzz website. I am most happy to recommend their services to you.

Starting with Jess who you'll meet if you click onto their website, she'll very nicely introduce you to the range of services offered by My Bespoke Room including the prices and processes. If you decide to go ahead and take the design plunge with their company (and I think you probably should and will) - she'll make sure you are connected to a designer that fits with your personality and project.

This brings me to Olivia B (Liv) who became the designer for my new small flat. She has been quite wonderful through the whole process from the very beginning of getting ideas from me to which direction I wanted to go… to the final design stages for the hallway, bedrooms, and open plan living area according to my brief. She is super professional whilst being a great person, very friendly, and super enjoyable to work with. Liv worked extremely hard with me over messages, chats, and Zoom calls to hone in on what I wanted/needed within the bounds of possibilities and according to the flat size and budget. With a measure-up service offered, I was confident that everything recommended would fit perfectly. The finished design for the open living area + bedrooms and hallway ended up being well above any expectations that I had. The service Liv offered was/is superb. I can most definitely recommend working with Liv.

Plus I am now working with Jessica-Alice who is my dedicated shopping assistant. She has and is helping me to make the purchasing of all furniture/art etc that I have chosen to be delivered easily and on time. This is a marvelous addition to the overall My Bespoke Service for which I’m most grateful.

Paid for room design package, received 2 ugly design. The designer is really nice from beginning to the end. I wish I could share the design so you can see how bad it is. I never used the design, just wasted the money. There is not a feedback system to monitor performance or results or client experience. They wouldn't seen bother to ask for it. Let's just say, interior design without the designer seeing the real space in reality just does not work. Wasted 250GBP. I wished I had not wasted my time nor money.

Totally worth the money, I was worried it might be too expensive, but they can really help you design your place and help discuss your ideas, so that you are comfortable and can live more enjoyably and productively. Think of it as a way of caring for yourself. The company did a great job taking my initial preferences and matching me with a designer who understood exactly what I was looking for (it helps to be discerning and clear about what you like and what you don't like). I was nervous about choosing the right designer, but they really excel at this and I believe they chose someone who is better than whoever I would have otherwise chosen on my own. I feel that now that my place is more stylish and comfortable, I will be more productive, happier, and can recover the initial costs of the investment in no time (plus when you do sell the place, having a property that is effectively designed helps with the resale value).
