Great mattress
We recently ordered two bespoke mattresses for our campervan, as we have two different size benches. Great service, good communication and a good quality comfortable mattress. Would definitely use again if needed.

We're so happy we could be of service! If you have a moment, we'd love to hear what specifically you found helpful.
A medium quality mattress.
Only one side of the mattress had a quilted finish the oposite side was a plain piece of cloth. This does not allow you to turn the mattress occasionally. The cloth side was very loose fitting. Medium quality.

Dear Mr Smith, thank you for your feedback. We understand your expectation for a traditional mattress, but our one-sided design with Reflex foam offers lasting support and eliminates the need for flipping. The underside fabric is designed to ensure proper function in this single-use form. We've taken your comments to heart and are actively updating our product listings to emphasize the no-turn feature. To learn more about the benefits of one-sided mattresses, you can find an informative article here: https://mybespokemattress.com/blogs/bespoke-mattress-guide/why-one-sided-mattresses-are-perfect-for-motorhomes-caravans-and-maybe-your-home-too . We're concerned about the fabric fit issue you mentioned and want to help! Please contact me directly at paul@mybespokemattress.com for a quick resolution. We're always looking for ways to improve!

Not quite as described, but no real complaints.
Not quite as described. But a very comfotable mattress never the less. The cool upper layer is not as soft as memory foam. It has taken a couple of weeks to get used to it. This is no complaint but an observation. We are getting a good nights sleep and far more comfort than the Swift caravan mattress supplied with the van. The upper layer is not overly hot compared to memory foam, but not as soft. A good compromise.

Dear Mr Brown
Thank you for your candid review. We're glad to hear that despite the initial adjustment period, you are now enjoying a good night's sleep and find the mattress more comfortable than your previous one. Our aim is to provide a product that combines comfort with functionality, and it sounds like the CoolSense upper layer is delivering on that promise by offering a balance between temperature regulation and softness.
We appreciate your observation regarding the feel of the upper layer compared to traditional memory foam. Your feedback is invaluable as it helps us to continually improve our product descriptions and ensure we meet customer expectations.
Enjoy the added comfort your bespoke mattress brings to your caravan, and we hope it continues to contribute to many more restful nights. If there's anything further we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,
The MyBespoke Mattress Team

Perfect toppers, first class customer service
Ordered a couple of bespoke mattress toppers for our Basecamp 6 caravan. The online chat was incredibly helpful before we ordered and the communication and updates were excellent throughout the process. There were a couple of issues when we received the mattresses but these were dealt with immediately and impeccably by Angelo and resolved very quickly and perfectly. If the sign of a fantastic company is how they perform when things don't go as expected, then this company is beyond fantastic.
Used the toppers for the first time this weekend and they are perfect and incredibly comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
