Unexpected but needed coverage!
Both the sales rep and the verification agent answered questions patiently. The reason for the verification tier involved reviewing points that maybe the sales rep missed, such as first payment due date and how mileage would affect the initiation of coverage. Overall all paperwork was shared in a timely manner and awaiting my physical copy of my policy in the mail next. Hopefully the policy will deliver as seamlessly as it was described.

Smooth and excellent experience
I had a smooth onboarding experience with MyAutoGuard. Their coverage prices are very affordable, and the policy includes many benefits I have not seen in other companies, like car rentals and some available coverage for vehicle maintenance. The two staff members who offered and sold me the extended warranty contract were kind, patient and professional. I am satisfied for accepting their offer and for having decided to protect my car with MyAutoGuard.

Your company is very dishonest
Your company is very dishonest. I talked about my pick up truck coverage and I said I’d have to think about it and they said OK and then they called me back later and asked me what I thought and I talk to him and then they said is there any other vehicles that I might want to cover and I said we do have another vehicle here but it’s my wife’s and I think that I’d rather not do that now and they said we can do that for $49 and I said no let’s just wait. I’m not gonna do anything with my wife’s vehicle. That was the end of that phone conversation the next day I called to cancel two reasons I’m going to sell my truck and I don’t need it and they said that would be OK, but I have to write a letter and put it in the email and yada yada and on and on instead of just taking me off and stop the charges moving forward. I tried to call again with the same explanation that I have to send an email and a letter asking to get my policy canceled. I said I want my charge is taken off. I did not want it. I called the next day and you said they cannot be taken off moving forward a few more days I got my credit card bill not only did I get charged for the F150 truck but then you slip it in on me. You charge me another $49 for my wife’s car, which I never approved and I think that you’re being dishonest, I think your company is being dishonest and anybody I talk to or do any rating. I will never ever have a good thing to say about this company the way you handled it you’re a scamming company and I don’t think you’re out for the customer’s best. I’m still trying to get this resolved if I have to get legal action, I will. It’s as simple as that you can’t treat people like this. It doesn’t work not in America. You have a great day.

First this is a VERY misleading review, we are sorry you are upset or whatever has happened to you today. Lets get to the facts now that are verifiable and recorded. The LOC is required to cancel per your contract that you DID agree to, your wifes car was cancelled immediately as requested, then you just called in 2 days ago to cancel yours not 2 days after because you misplaced your email at which time you were given cancellations instructions that are required per your contract. We hold up our terms in the contract to the T, we cant overlook one thing and then be expected not to do it other places. So we follow what is outlined in the contract. Yes there’s a required down payment but that’s with most extended warranty places, I feel at ease now knowing I have coverage for every day repairs it’s that time of year where everyone’s traveling.

The process of talking with a vendor was easy then gathering a good package for you was OK but when I experience a problem doing the process, I told them to wait and I’ll get back with them. Before I could get back with them, they already charge my bank For the down payment of this auto warranty.

Reviewed the call, which was 32 minutes long and you clearly approved the activation fee being ran, knew it was being processed and verbally agreed to it. So not sure where this false and fabricated review came from, but its better to get things resolved by calling our amazing customer service department if you did not understand something or made a mistake.
