Genuinely love these products
I've use Anua for the last month and it's the only thing I've used that doesn't break my skin out. My skin pigment has very clearly evened out and i am extremely happy with my results so far. I will Definitely be buying more when this runs out.

Worst product
Unfortunately after receiving this product, I realized that the cleansing oil was water. The deep pore cleaning was silkier then the previous one I've had and it did not foam as much. The niacinamide serum had an odor to it. Overall this product did not work and felt all kind of wrong on my face. I wish I could get my money back.

To be honest my skin has always been great but I was struggling with clogged pores.when I was purchasing the products I was so skeptical about it but I gave Anua the benefit of the doubt and trust me you ,I don’t regret buying it.my pores are more open now and my skin feels amazing .

I received my order after 3 weeks
I received my order after 3 weeks. And they send me used facial wash because the seal is broken and obviously it is a returned use item. I contacted the admin and they didn’t give a damn to reply back. In addition, when I tried the products after 3 days of use it caused me a pimple breakout.

Please do NOT order from this website/company. It is a SCAM!!! First, the products are being shipped from China (huge red flag!) Took 3 weeks to get here, and when they arrived in flimsy plastic wrapping, all the packaging was destroyed during shipping. One of the bottles even leaked. The worst part is that the products are all FAKE products!! I have the real Anua products to compare to. DO NOT fall for this company.

This company is a scam! After waiting over a month, I tracked my item through the Shop app and saw a notification that it had been delivered. However, after thoroughly checking all areas of my property, I found no delivery. When I contacted them, they provided a Royal Mail contact number, which made no sense as the tracking number doesn't belong to Royal Mail.

No idea where my order is…
I placed my order from myanua.com on 9/9/2024 and was guaranteed 4-9 day shipping. It’s 9/30/2024 and I’m still waiting on any word from the company or otherwise on where my order is!! I tried tracking it like website suggests using SHOP but nothing showed up. I hope it’s not a scam at this point or I’ll be filing the charge as FRAUD. Too bad, I was excited.

If I could give a no star I would. Please do not order from this company- I believe they are selling fake products because the bottle doesn’t fit their packaging- suspicious. Save your money- not worth it. My order came damaged, I was able to claim back on my credit card. FRAUD
Update:
I have asked Anua (the main company) whether the products are authentic and they have replied saying they are counterfeit! Do not waste you money on these products and do not put those products on your skin- you don’t know what they’ve put in there!!
