Untrustworthy delivery
I purchased some products from this website around september and have still not received the order. Upon follow up it was advised they delivered mid Oct, still no response on my request to confirm the proof of delivery or refund. I would not recommend anyone to purchase online

This company is a bloody scam don’t try buying from them. Some of the products came open. I had to throw everything away. Ignore their replies as well they have created a very good scamming system. Don’t try it, you will just end up wasting your money.

Terrible experience
I received my order after 3 weeks. And they send me used facial wash because the seal is broken and obviously it is a returned use item. I contacted the admin and they didn’t give a damn to reply back. In addition, when I tried the products after a week of use it caused me a pimple breakout. I even wrote to anua via email id provided on website, and they are just offering partial refund which is so unfair given the the reaction I experienced from using your products has caused significant distress and discomfort, and reversing these effects will require additional costs and treatment.

Sadly just seen the reviews after buying
I just bought the Anua Korean skincare kit this morning after seeing this website being advertised on instagram thinking that I had just received a massive discount and automatically thinking that it had to be genuine seller if instagram are promoting it, however after purchasing and having a search round, I have found all of these reviews on trust pilot and I am massively disappointed by this. I have messaged them to ask for a refund and to cancel my order immediately and all but no response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

This is the worse company to do…
This is the worse company to do business with I waited more than 3 weeks to receive my package, tried to cancel because I was moving to Florida but they didn’t care to cancel my order nor reimburse me. Their customer service department doesn’t even existed as you will never get feedback on anything.
Am still waiting for my refund request weeks later.

Order received 1 month after : damaged and leaking
I never give negative reviews but here I feel a bit obliged. I ordered the Anua kit with the 5 products. Everyone talks about this brand so I wanted to test it. I placed an order on the myanua.com website on OCTOBER 9. The website tells me that the order has been placed and since NOTHING. This annoys me because we pay for products and we do not receive them, I see that I am not the only one. In about 4 days it will be a month since I ordered and the worst thing is that on my order it is marked that it is a fast ship order (4-9 days). I clearly doubt it. I am waiting for news to be reimbursed because it is certain that I will never order on their site again.
Update :
I received my order in the afternoon one month after the order was made. I’m still disappointed about it because I received my order with the package opened and it was damaged upon receipt. I received only one product almost empty because it leaked. Still waiting for a refund because I’m left with nothing, I need to throw the only product because there’s nothing left, because of the leaking. Still waiting for the client service to refund me….
