I honestly don’t even know where to start because I’m so upset and disappointed.

I placed an order with My Little Darling on the 17th of September. My order number is 31325. Up until now, I still haven’t received my parcel, and what makes it even worse is that nobody seems to be communicating with me.

I have tried to get answers and I’m just being left in the dark. No proper response, no clear explanation and no idea where my order even is.

As a parent, this is extremely upsetting. You trust a company, you make a purchase because you need something, and then instead of making things easier for you, you end up stressed, chasing your own money and wondering whether you will ever receive what you paid for.

I am asking My Little Darling to give me my money back immediately if they cannot fulfil my order.

I’m posting this because I genuinely don’t want another parent or customer to go through what I’m going through. Before you order from this company, please do your research and look carefully at other customers’ experiences. I wish I had done even more before placing my order.

If you have also ordered from them and you’re still waiting or struggling to get a response, please speak up and share your experience. People need to know what is happening.

I just want my money back and I want this situation resolved.

Even one star is too much for this terrible company. Their site lies about trust pilot reviews and their goods are cheap market stall quality massively overpriced. Customer service is appaling and the returns process requires the buyer to pay and customs duties to ship back to the Netherlands. Avoid at all cost.

Very misleading in terms of delivery timeline...Difficult to cancel, refund and return products...will never buy from them again.

**BUYERS BEWARE – especially with Christmas approaching**

Very disappointing experience. Items bought as birthday gifts arrived late, and one arrived with badly damaged packaging.
I followed their instructions and paid £30 to return the item to the Netherlands which included the customs cost using tracked postage.
Royal Mail now confirms that the recipient REFUSED to accept my return, so it is being sent back to me.
With Christmas approaching, I would urge anyone thinking of ordering gifts from this company to read the reviews and consider very carefully what could happen if you need to return something.
I’m now pursuing a full refund and will involve my credit card provider if necessary.

I placed an order (Order Number: MLD30682) on your website on August 28, 2026. However, my order has still not been delivered, and I have not received any valid tracking information.If my order is not shipped with a valid tracking number within 2 business days, or if I do not receive a full refund, I will initiate a chargeback dispute through my bank for "services not rendered" and file a formal complaint.I expect your urgent response regarding this matter.

Terrible. Avoid. Took 16 days to deliver so too late for planned birthday. Refused to allow cancellation. Packaging was damaged, looks like previously opened. Construction toy contained no checklist or guidance sheet . Terrible tat . Total waste of money.

Awful!!! Do not waste your time.
Toys are awful quality, advertised as wooden Montessori but are plastic rubbish. They do not take any accountability and refuse returns. Also missing items in delivery too. DO NOT BUY

Very slow delivery. The gift I ordered is now three weeks late for my nephews birthday. Do not use.

I ordered an Hanye Build & Play, 132pcs, 5 model. It sounded and looked great on the website, when in fact it is a very small piece of cheap, Chinese tat!!!
The delivery took forever, and even though it arrived the day before my grandson's birthday, I was too disappointed to give it to him, and bought something else from a reputable toy shop

Poor service and communication

I ordered two items. One never arrived and the other arrived with badly damaged packaging.

I contacted the company and was asked to provide photos, which I sent, but they completely failed to address the missing item. I’ve since followed up and haven’t even received an acknowledgment.

This is particularly frustrating given their 14-day returns policy. Having now read other reviews, it seems I’m unfortunately not alone in experiencing poor service.

If unresolved I will contact credit card company to raise a dispute.

Found two of the zippers weren't working great at first opening. The bed section of the bag looks nothing like the pictures, very misleading advertising. My tracking still says on the way after having been updated to a new delivery time frame. Quality seems ok so hopefully it last.

Scammers.......caveat emptor, do not order anything from this site. We had previuosly ordered x2 items both of which they claimed to have been delivered but we suspect they were never sent. In facr I doubt they even hold any stock whoever "they" are.

Full of promise and zero packaging etc. its not true. Also orders take forever to arrive and then they are wrong. Contact them and they ask for a photo after being sent a photo and description of wrong order. No money back and no replacement and they wont take a return. As to zero package. Lots of plastic single use bags were used on my wrong order. Chinese cheap stuff and not as advertised on website.

Scam. Photos and description were misleading, didn’t send an item and wouldn’t refund me without photo proof of item delivered? Not sure how I can send photo proof of an item that hasn’t been delivered.

As mentioned by another review, totally misleading website, made the product look like it was great.....it certainly wasn't.
Plastic, Chinese nonsense.
The website is an absolute scam when they ask you if you want a discount also.
Avoid at all cost.

Thieves and very very poor product..plus the website is misleadin .. the little darling makeup set smells like chemical. I am very disappointed and weirdly the return button is not available knowing I just received it today.. you thieves you will not steal my hard earned money and go scotfree trust me. Definitely a scam! Bought shoes that arrived in a bag (not a standard shoebox) and looked very bad quality. When I tried to return within the return period, paying tracked international delivery, it was refused on delivery and sent back. The company claimed it was due to customs not being paid, but there was no customs due as it was clearly labelled a returned goods. They won't give a refund unless the items are returned, but there is clearly no way of returning the items, and the quality seems very poor and made in China. Not the eco European company that it appears to be.

Delivery took longer than I'd hoped but the product is excellent

Scam! Completely misleading website and photos. Gives the impression of being scandi environmentally friendly well made toys. The package arrived from china and I google imaged the box - it’s from Ali Express. Probably my own fault but I bought the vegetable washing table thinking my child would be able to stand at it but it is only 15cm off the ground when built, don’t know how she’s supposed to play with it. Avoid!

Very good service and excellent prices
