I had a lovely experience. I did a market research study with them. I was interviewed by woman on a virtual call with two other people in the background (they observed). I was paid a couple of weeks later :)

Was a bit dubious seeing other reviews but it was a brilliant experience. Did the survey Wednesday evening, money in my bank account Thursday evening - less than 24 hours.

I did some research three weeks ago and then saw all the bad reviews when trying to find an email to contact for my money!!!! If i had seen all these reviews, i would of never wasted my time.

I have done about 4-5 research for Henrik and I have always been paid, he forgot once but it was during the holiday period after I emailed him, he apologized and I was paid immediately. Thus, not sure why everyone is had had a bad experience.

I was a little unsure because of the reviews on this site but took part in a research interview regardless.
It was a smooth and pleasant process from start to finish. Communication was quick and easy. The interview was professional and the payment was made in full and on time.

I did a research meeting and it went as smooth as expected. I was worried I wasn't going to be paid looking at the other reviews but thought it was worth a shot. Admittedly he did not pay up within the 10 days as expected but when I reached out to him he apologised and paid me that same afternoon.

Similar experience to others.

Although I did one previous piece of work for them in around April and was paid for that, so believed the company to be genuine. Last one completed in September has gone unpaid and no emails responded to.

Completely ripped me off after doing work for him and its been 3 months will all emails and requests for compensation ignored. Now their website, email, contact us form are all turned off to ignore people asking for their money.

I done a market research for voting/ elections, he does not pay his participants, a low life scammer who cons people to take part in market research. Send him lot of email about payment, does not reply, done a research in august and still has not paid. I recommend people not to use his company, clients and participants.

Participated in market research in August 2022, £50 incentive was never paid, despite having taken 45 minutes of my time answering questions. All emails have since gone unanswered, very unprofessional and disappointing.

I was surprised to see other people's experience with this recruiter thought I was the only victim. Did a research from 6 weeks ago numerous emails all unanswered. How does he get away from compensating his participants. I hope this goes viral as no participants no company. Both a fraud scammer and extremely dishonest person.

What a load of rubbish. Did an hour interview with them and since then nothing, no payment, emails being ignored and they don't answer their phone. I wonder how they con their clients into paying them in the first place...

I took part in a research call for a future government project that was arranged through m.works (meisterworks) in the middle of May, being promised a £50 payment.

Two months later, no payment and all emails go unanswered. Possibly a scam company.

I took part in 1 hour zoom call in May 2022 and was not initially paid. It was near impossible to reach the solo company director via email or phone and my calls went unanswered and emails often bounced.

Finally in November I was able to get hold of him on the phone and ask about the payment. He did pay me in the end and with a little extra - so I thank him for this but it should not have taken 6 months and been so difficult to reach him.

Henrik cold emailed me and I took part in an hrs market research on the land registry . Once completed I got completely ghosted despite trying Henrik several times to get payment .

Same company as Meisterworks. After requesting the £50 payment for my time, I have not been offered the reward and Henrik is now ignoring my emails and text messages.

Henrik and his team were amazing. I was nervous about going through with research but I was made to feel at ease. The reward for this was also amazing and a bonus to me. Definitely recommend working with MeisterWorks if you get the chance!

A profile called Henrik Moeller contacted me on LinkedIn and offered 50€ to participate in some market but the link he gave me (mwresearch.co.uk) is flagged as a malicious website.

Absolutely fraud, guy called Henrik Moeller sent me an invitation to do the research programme for Govt Education for £100 which I attended in Manchester City Centre. After completion this guy has been making excuses for the payments and I never got paid. Scam... I've got the emails and communication as a proof.
