Music Vine Anmeldelser

Beyond excellent customer support.
Beyond an intuitive, easy to use interface.
Beyond the ability to almost instantaneously comb through content.
There's the music.
I only use Music Vine because of their terrific catalog.
Honestly, I loath needle-drop sound and searches but most of my clients won't budget for original scores.
Music Vine has made my day, more often than I can recall.

Thanks to Libby and the custom license team for helping us secure more extensive rights for a song we had purchased years ago. A change in campaign meant we would be using the ad in new ways and working with MusicVine on this was a dream.

Music Vine has made some adjustments in their own system so we could choose our payment method.

After all, my Issue was solved. Thank you!

I love excellent customer service and Libby from Music Vine just made my day. A hassle-free and generous solution to a completely self-made "problem". Thank you!

Again a fantastic support.
Fast, friendly, problem solving.
Thank You Olivia. U made my day

The person who was in charge of my case was extra helpful. I wanted a refund but even when I had given up on it she kindly insisted on getting me the deal. She guided me all throughout every step of the process and I never had to wait more than a day for her response to my many inquiries.

Libby Driscoll was very quick and helpful. She found a solution right away. Thank you!

The music selection on MusicVine is top tier and at an affordable price for marketing materials. They also have a great customer support team (shoutout to Libby!) and have integrity as a company. Highly recommended!

Customer service made it easy for me to correct my error in the invoice data.

The whole process was quick and easy.

Вы супер! Сервис на высотке! Музыка приятнаая и с глубиной, то что надо.

Jennah helped me with a kind of licensing I've never done before and made the whole process super easy. Always impressed with the prompt and friendly customer service from musicvine!

Customer service was very quick and understanding. A great experience!

Great quality music for licensing at a fair price. Very good customer service.

I really love MusicVine - by far the best music library I’ve used for work. They have an amazing selection of high-quality tracks that have been conveniently categorised. They also have a stellar customer service team, who always go above and beyond to help when needed. Highly recommended!

A really great company to work with. They are our go-to for music whenever we're looking for a licensed track.

The selection is great and you can find some proper gems in there that really make your films stand out. We often get compliments on our choice of music for our films - a lot of that credit belongs to Music Vine.

We've had a couple of issues or questions over the years that we've needed to get in touch about and they've been really quick to respond and super helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended.

Libby actually went the extra mile by getting with her supervisor first and then responding. This actually saves everyone time and is much appreciated.

Would recommend this site to any creators (well anyone actually!). Loved the layout of the site with everything catalogued into easily identifiable order.
Importantly (for me at least anyway) it's easy to navigate and find tracks but most impressive are the tracks on there themselves. I'm currently working on a youth project and needed some funk/soul tracks and the choice was brilliant.

I have gone for the subscription option which works for what I need but good for anyone considering using it that you can also get tracks via one-off payments.

Customer service so far has been great as I emailed (after hours) with a query regarding getting some docs I needed and Jenna got right back to me the next day and was super helpful.
The tracks come with licence docs when you download which is great as I (being a bit green when it comes to copyright etc) didn't realise that was needed.

I would definitely recommend this site to anyone out there needing project music. A massive thumbs up

All the CS reps I email talk to me like they're my friends... like they know me and are intrinsically invested in making sure Music Vine works the way it was supposed to, and that I'm a happy bear.
