Great product with pretty good longevity.

Terrible company. I wanted to give their shower head a try since they spend a lot on advertising and spam you like crazy on social media. I gave in and finally gave them a try. 8 days after use, it started leaking from the sides of their cheaply made shower head.

The following day I contacted their customer support for return instructions. 3 days and multiple email exchanges later, they have still not provided me a return address. Instead they keep stating that I’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the return, which I’ve been well aware of from the first email sent, and keep trying to offer me a partial refund, which I’ve told them multiple times that I do not want.

For 3 days the support agent has avoided my request to return their crappy shower head and provide me the FULL ADDRESS to their warehouse in Miami, FL. At this point I believe they have no interest in receiving their items back and is taking every measure possible to surpass their 40-day return policy in order to avoid providing me a full refund, which I find very unethical. If this happens, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

When I first got it I loved it only after 4 months of using it it has a leak coming from the area where you select the pressure. It seems they don’t have any other way to get in contact with customer service.

Amazing water pressure& feel, and great value for the quality. Very happy with our purchase.

Absolute garbage. 2 shower heads split in 2 weeks . And now leak.
Made of cheap plastic that can’t handle the water pressure.
Their support team doesn’t exist .
3 emails they won’t respond.
Don’t waste your money.
Do not buy from this company!

This company still send me filters that i never 👎 ordered, this is a really scam and fraudulent company , I didn’t give my permission to buy them and I sent a lot emails and they still send me their products

It increased my water. And I like that i have 3 sets. Would like to have a massage setting add to it. My hose did start leaking but they sent a replacement free of charge.

I really wanted to like this shower-head but it did not deliver on its promises. The shower-head itself was easy to install but once installed, the water spray nozzles spray every which way and instead of it being firm pressure as advertised, it just feels like you’re being misted aggressively in the face. I contacted the company requesting a return but they wanted a video of the issue and by that point I had uninstalled it and replaced it with my old shower head so I could actually have a shower. This is going straight in the trash. Save your money and avoid.

This brand needs to seriously reconsider the materials they source to make their products. The first hose that came with my order was busted/cracked, so they sent me a replacement hose for free. About 3-4 months into using the new hose, that one busted and cracked too; to the point where it popped off the head mid-shower... Not good. Also, I'm pretty sure all of their products not only get made in China but are also shipped out from China - so don't expect a fast delivery once you place your order, or when they send you replacement parts.

I sent an email to their support team asking if they could send a replacement just so I can have an ability to shower while I shop for a different brand with better quality materials. It's disappointing to see; when this showerhead works, it's pretty great. Unfortunately the materials are such poor quality that I'm not compelled to buy another one, or even receive a free replacement.

It has unbelievable pressure and it’s good for the skins and hair.

I purchased a Muravai showerhead in early January. It is now late July and I just installed it last week because I was waiting to move before installation. My first shower was amazing, second.. amazing… the pressure is amazing. It does create a lot of steam, which I don’t mind but some might. My cat has asthma so he actually comes and sits on the edge of my shower for his own little steam room session. My hair feels much healthier, my scalp and skin are less itchy and the cool thing, the high pressure streams are like a water brush. When I rinse out my conditioner my hair is knot free!

On the third shower the showerhead cracked at the filter connection point. I didn’t know until I got out of the shower and water was all over my floor. The crack had sent a stream above my shower curtain and onto the floor. I reached out to customer service and Angela was very quick to respond. Angela didn’t care that my purchase was 7 months old, she asked for photos and quickly responded to the photos offering a replacement. I didn’t have to pay for shipping or jump through loops. That customer service is nearly non-existent anymore. There’s not a single product in the world that doesn’t have a fraction of fault products so I can’t blame the company for it. Also, the installation is so easy my cat could probably do it! I look forward to receiving the replacement. * this is a real review, not paid or encouraged *

Emailed about rusty shower head, and company never responded.

I have several of these shower head systems now. Even got them for my rental houses and for my daughters home. The wife and I just love the fact that it is so easy to adjust the pressure. I was shocked after a month of use to look at the filters and see how much crap was in my water. It is amazing how you can feel the difference in your hair and skin. We are about to start building a new home and these are top of the list! Well done Muravai, Highly recommend!

I purchased the Filtered Showerhead™ with the free Shower Hose & Connector Set and it was delivered March 21, 2026 --used it, and I followed all procedures/suggestions for maintenace, drying and care [noted on the website, reviews and customer videos].

On April 15, 2026 I received the Replacement Filters (3 Pack) I ordered...advertised to be '18 Stage Filtration'... 'Filters 99% of chlorine, rust & heavy metals for the softest skin and hair', Explore the Main Filter Elements That Make Our Technology Superior and Incredibly Powerful in Combatting Skin and Hair Issues Effectively-- 1. Activated Carbon Filter 2. PP Cotton Filter 3. Mineral Stone Filter [for brevity here---see website for details]

I installed 1 of the filters May 13, 2026--- at that time I did not open the discarded filter to verify what was actually in it. Nor did I open the 3 filters I received, believing they were as advertised. They were definitely NOT! This I found out today [June 29, 2026] when, in addition to the issues of June 27, 2026, I decided to uninstalled the unit and opened the used filter and the 2 unopened ones finding nothing at all in them! At that 'revelation' I ceased to 'wonder' why my skin is even more irrated, hair rougher, and shedding way more than when I was using my previous showerhead and filter!

June 27, 2026 I notice rusting on the surface metal [Note: at least 1 other reviewer also had that issue] and also much water drop spotting there also. Prior to this I began find it hard to keep dripping from occuring at the 'screw and unscrew' points.

I have purchased a new Showerhead and Filters and cannot recommend Muravai. I did not contact Muravai as the company's stated refund policy is 30 days. Return's are accepted within 40 days of delivery so I qualify for neither.

Further, I said I do not request any replacements, for the filters or the entire Showerhead unit either. I mentioned [as I noted in my TrustPilot review...'I have purchased a new Showerhead and Filters and cannot recommend Muravai.' ]

I also let Angela know that I will update my TrustPilot Review to reflect the latest and consider the matter [and any association with your company] at an end.

However, I also told Angela that 'I appreciate your pleasant and polite manner' and thanked her again in closing.
