Fantastic experience!
The whole process of ordering from Munks and Me was excellent. Communication was fast and helpful, and they even managed to send out replacement wallpaper (when we had a small accident putting it up!) to make sure it could be ready in time for moving into our new house.
The paper looks wonderful - our daughter is really happy with it and we get lots of positive comments from others when they see it!

Really unhappy with service

I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with our service. Unfortunately your original order was returned to us due to the delivery address being incorrect, which is the reason for the initial delay. This should have been communicated to you so if not I do apologize, but we have requested an address update and as soon as we have it we will dispatch your order as a priority.

Great service from the start and a beautiful end result. Customer service were very helpful and patient with me when I sent the wrong measurements multiple times, design mock up sent quickly and mural also arrived quickly. Its just been put up on the wall in our children’s playroom and it is beautiful.

The woodland wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous
This wallpaper is absolutely gorgeous, I fell in love with it and wanted it for our nursery.
It was easy to put up (for my husband!)

I am so disappointed with the product
I am so disappointed with the product. There is obvious color difference between different rolls of wallpaper under the same order. Also, there is patches of yellow marks on the wallpaper, which really upsets my client. These defects can only be seen once the wallpaper is put up on the wall. Also the pattern cannot be fully matched across the column. My client will have to incur extra man-hour cost to remove the wallpaper, re-polish the wall, put up new wallpaper, but still taking the risk whether the wallpaper is not up to standard if we order from your company again. Also this is the very last phase of the project, which means this will result to delay if we redo the wall again, and my client will not be able to move in and incurring extra rental cost on his side. I hope your company will take appropriate action for this.

We received an email yesterday from the retailer you purchased the wallpaper from informing us of the issue, which we have since responded to and of course apologized for, and confirmed that we will have the full order reprinted as a priority for you. Any quality issues that are a result of our media and/or production will be addressed as soon as we become aware of them, so we would always ask that you contact us directly as soon as the issue is identified, so we can resolve it immediately for you.
Your reprint has already been processed and is currently in production.
