I waited 3 weeks for and still nothing arrived after they promised me on 4 separate occasions it was sent ( they take ages to reply ) I would not recommend this company at all

Amazing customer service. Helped me to add my blue light discount which I really appreciated. Our decorator remarked it was the highest quality wallpaper he has worked with and the finished product shows it is. more than worth the money very happy and will be purchasing more very soon

Sent an email twice, even sent a instagram direct message - they decided to watch my instagram story but not reply to any if my messages. Really disappointed as i would of at least appreciated a reply back regardless of the outcome, wont be purchasing from Munks and Me if they simply don't respect potential customers.

Retailer printed incorrect size
Ordered a full wall covering costing several hundred pounds. The paper and colours look amazing but when the decorator came to hang the paper he realised the image was the incorrect height. We checked the order to make sure we gave the right dims which included 6cm excess and reported to the retailer. Upon video and image verification it was admitted that an error had been made by the retailer and they have agreed to send a replacement and collect the original roll with the error. Unfortunately we are £50 out of pocket as the decorator had travelled and turned up and will need to return which added a real sour note to the experience

I'm so sorry that you are unhappy with your experience with us. Due to the technical nature of wallpaper printing and trimming, on rare occasions mistakes can be made, but we of course do all we can to minimize these potential errors. After contacting us to inform us of the incorrect height being printed, we looked into it and confirmed that we had indeed made an error, and immediately agreed to reprint the wallpaper for you as a priority.
Unfortunately we were not informed of the extra decorator charge, which we would have gladly refunded if we were made aware.
Apologies again, I hope you are happy with your replacement.

The quality of the wallpaper seems
Good but the sample was very tiny (especially for the price when delivery is added on!) so very difficult to imagine what it would look like On a wall! The pattern also looked much larger on the photo on the website so wasn’t really what I was expecting when it came!

Quality product - quality service!
Came across Munks and Me when looking for rainbow wallpaper for my daughters bedroom and found their rainbow ombre paper. Yes it's a bit more expensive but honestly it's absolutely stunning! You can tell its quality and my decorator said it was really good to work with. I received good communications from the Munks and Me team and they went out of their way to get my wallpaper order to me quicker than the stated delivery date. Really great service and fabulous wallpaper. I would highly recommend!
