Mudify does it all right. From the starting point (website) all the way through order confirmation (email) and finally to delivery (email) - they check all the boxes. You'll know very quickly, what best suits/fits your vehicle, the availability of the parts, and how soon you can have it delivered to you. Prices are all reasonable and competitive. This is my 3rd trip to Mudify and I've been very pleased each time. I will definitely order from them again, and I would highly recommend shopping at Mudify.com

My last interaction with the folks at Mudify was to ensure that they received a return that I sent back to them. Within minutes, the verification was made & my refund for the one component was immediately released to my form of payment. These guys are efficient, polite & professional! Really a pleasure to deal with!

Brian Mendoza not only helped me place the order, he helped me resolve a back order item and got me a suitable replacement. And when part of the shipment was lost by fedex he expedited a replacement quickly! Great communication and customer service!

Brian M has been a tremendous help in fulfilling my order. FedEx lost my package and could not locate. Brian helped me with outreach to them and when we decided it was not going to be found, shipped me a replacement part at no charge. Still waiting on the part to be delivered, but without Brian I would have been lost in this process. 5 stars to him and the Mudify team.

Horrible customer service.

Order parts and it took a week for them to let me know they were out of stock. They said someone would contact me about a replacement. No call no email. So I’m ready to order from a different company. I call to ask for a refund. I get a call ask about a replacement part. I said no, I asked for a refund. Customer service was irritated that I would pander to their sluggish request to get a new part. After a week and a half, no refund me so I can get the parts I need from a better company.

Mudify was able to helped me modify my order to work around a back order issue. Customer service is communicative and easy to work with. Shipping was fast too.

What a great experience! My go to place for aftermarket parts. A little mix up on shipping but they were quick to respond and fix the situation. Great group to work with and will definitely be returning! You make me believe in customer service again!! Thank you!

I just wanted to express my frustration with my experience with your company. First, I had paid for the coil springs to be assembled but received the coils and shocks separately with no top hat. Next, the 3" Dobinsons lift for my Frontier got nowhere near 3". And the greasable pins advertised in the photo of the kit did not arrive until I requested them..after I installed the lift. And finally - I had asked someone there at Mudify about UCAs and they recommended the SPCs. We ended up having to cut and Dremel a significant amount of the truck's frame away in order for those to fit properly. It would have been really admirable if your staff just told me straight up that Z1 sells UCAs which do not require such modifications.
Overall, your responses to my problems have been good. But the problems should not have been there to begin with. I spent $3500 with your company... Not ok. I will not recommend your company. Your errors cost me a few hundred dollars of extra labor to have the lift installed and then revised. And will likely post a real, honest review of my experience.

I was looking for suspension for my truck. I of course was looking for a replacement since my old suspension was more than 10 years old, but I also needed an upgrade because of the camping and off-roading I subject my truck to. It took me more than a few months to do enough research to buy suspension. I visited multiple local shops, and sent several emails to multiple companies and received very little help. I did get one email back and it was from Luis at mudify. He walked me through all the questions I had and built a quote for me that included everything I needed for a full suspension “kit”. He was very helpful and very informative. Without this advice I would still be researching and living with the old tired suspension on my truck. I am just waiting to receive it in the mail! I would highly recommend chatting with Luis from mudify if you are unsure of suspension or accessory you need for your use case.

High quality dobinson lift came a day early without any missing pieces. Staff at mudify were exceptionally fast at responding to email questions. Even called after the lift had arrived to make sure everything was going well. Beyond excellent custom service!

I ordered and item that was on back order. Timing for my project was critical. Louis sprang into action and was able to find a comparable build package. He worked to insure shipping was efficient using my location in relationship to my parts list for optimization. Guys like this understand how a build can go. He’s earned my loyalty. I’ll be back Mudify.

Their customer service is top notch! I ordered an OME 3" lift for my 4runner. Everything was good, and then I noticed a lean on the driver side. I e-mailed Mudify customer service about it. There was a little bit of miscommunication but they were still able to help me out and sent the parts to correct the lean. Thank you again, Mudify customer service!

It’s rare to get great customer service from actual humans these days. Mudify support staff are super responsive. Answered all my questions timely even after work hours. They accommodated my request to deliver my order via UPS since I was having delivery issues with the FedEx guy.

Brian was a friggen rockstar and helped us with a warranty replacement on a part, making the process super smooth and hands off with the manufacturer. You can purchase stuff anywhere, but getting first class support when you need it after the sale means way more to me! Thanks team!

I can't say I had a problem with them at all but sort of needed some clarification on an order of prebuilt struts. They explained to me that the extra parts are not shipped with the assembled components as people think the extra/surplus parts were forgotten. They completely understood my need and took care of it. They're sending the parts originally not needed but now are at no cost to me. Other than a lot of emails about investigating this question I've been very pleased with their service and how they expedited the shipment. Special thanks to Brian Mendoza for helping me out!

I ordered a 2”full suspension kit from Mudify. Everything shipped within a week. Very quick.
I installed the front shocks and something seemed off about it. I contacted Mudify about my concerns. They requested I send some photos, which i did. It took Mudify about 10 minutes troubleshoot the problem and get back to me with the solution! The problem was my own error and they were very professional about pointing out the problem. I can’t say enough about the expedient response to my request. Mudify has the best customer service I’ve experienced. A solid company throughout.

Both times that I ordered a lift kit from Mudify, I received knowledgeable advice regarding my build. The pricing is appropriate for what I received and I think it is a good value.
