If you like dealing with professional, friendly and knowledgeable people you will enjoy the team at Mudify. They have a great selection and competitive pricing. Their products are not just for off-road enthusiasts as they have upgrades for your daily driver above and beyond what the OEM offers. I upgraded my OEM front spring/shock with Bilstein 6112 combos and my OEM rear shocks with Bilstein 5100’s for my 2007 Toyota Tundra daily driver. Luis was my primary contact and was excellent to deal with via both email and direct phone conversations. I will definitely use Mudify again in the future.

Everything went wrong. They did not send two of the four shocks I ordered then took weeks to send the next two. I ordered according to my profile but was sent the wrong shocks for a different generation of truck. I had opened the shocks and disposed of package prior to attempting install and when I discovered they did not fit because they were for the wrong vehicle they denied an exchange. All of this took many, many emails and messages and several weeks. The worst service I have ever had. Over $500 wasted!!!

They have a wonderful website interface, and when I called I talked to knowledgeable people and didn't have to navigate pushing many buttons talking to robots. Excellent customer service!

I spent $2100 on a lift kit from Mudify. They incorrectly assembled the front struts resulting an issue noted by my mechanic even though picture where submitted prior to installation, Mudify refused to back their product and correct the situation. All communication from their customer support were AI generated responses. After 3 weeks, the company closed the case citing that because the old ones could not be returned to the manufacturer, they refuse to provide a remedy, despite the evidence. Avoid this company at all costs, or you will be out a significant amount of money as I am. Please reach out to me directly if you would like to see the pictures of their product as it came out of the box!

Spoke to Miguel on the phone regarding a lift kit for an lc200. All questions were answered taking a great deal of time and patience. We ordered the parts. Shipping was fast and even though there was a slight delay on some of the rear components, Mudify was prompt with the follow-up and shipped fedex. Highly recommend.

After I ordered my suspension kit I got a message about an issue with the front suspension lift height and we cleared it up before they assembled them. It was my mistake for not choosing the correct height adjustment. They saved me a big headache down the road. Later I had a question about a tracking number. FIVE minutes after I sent the email I received a response and it was handled.
These guys really seem to be on top of things. Highly recommended.

It does not get much easier than this. They were helping me on a Sunday or at least helping me with my order. Then Monday they reached out to me first thing in the am with a follow up call. Well done over there at Mudify

I kept seeing ads from Mudify, so when the time came to upgrade my Gladiator’s suspension, I decided to give them a shot. Their website has plenty of options, so I called to make sure I ordered the right parts.

Eddie answered the phone, the same guy from the ads! He immediately began answering my questions while asking plenty of his own to better understand my build and driving style. I quickly realized there was a lot I hadn’t considered; I honestly thought all lift kits were created equal!

Eddie put together the perfect à la carte suspension setup for my rig and earned my business for the wheels and tires as well. My Gladiator now drives better on 37s than it did the day I drove it off the lot!

I’m extremely grateful to the Mudify team and especially to Eddie for his knowledge and guidance. I’ll definitely be back soon for Stage 2 of the build!

About 3 weeks ago, I purchased Bilstein 5100’s and a pair of upper control arms for my 26 Tacoma. Biggest reason I ordered through Mudify was because it was the only website where it said “In Stock and Ready to Ship”. After a couple days of not getting any delivery eta, I reached out to customer service. I was virtually greeted within an hour by Hector Esculpi and he kept it real with me. The website had a bug and several out of stock items were currently on backorder. He never once hesitated to answer any questions I had about any sort of update regardless of my youthful impatience (ignorance). He even sent me a hat for my troubles 😅 Amazing to know there’s still customer service departments who continue to serve unconditionally through thick and thin. Thanks Hector! Looking forward to these shocks 😎

Every person I interacted was knowledgeable, super professional, and answered all my questions. To help get me set up right. I even called to check and ask questions about shipment and the staff on the phone was super awesome and made sure I had my questions answered. The free shock assembly service on the website was a bit confusing, I ended up ordering a set of new top hats that I didn’t end up needing as it was confusing figuring out the online layout on the website for how to make sure that I choose the free shock assembly. I ended up returning the top hats. The guy on the phone took care of it for me though and all was good. I love my arb mt-64 shock set-up and I appreciated all the prompt communication from the staff and awesome customer service.

Listed and advertised lift recommendations didn't add up to what I ended up with after chatting with customer service it was obvious I was stuck with what I had and it was what it was

I had made a mistake on an order, I hadn't verified it was the rim i needed and had prematurely ordered. Once realized what I had done. I emailed. Their service team. They replied so fast It was like there waiting by the phone for my call, so to speak. They halted the order immediately and refunded it back. With an additional email they had sent confirming cancel with all the info on the order in case it was the one I needed so I could reorder. Even assured me if the item had already been processed thru the warehouse they'd walk me thru a free return. Luckly it wasnt but that how assuring the customer service was. They were professional and kind. THE BIG THING WAS THE QUICKNESS of handling the situation. With no problem.the entire situation from email to resolution was less than 10 min. Thank you, and I would recommend their service. You won't be disappointed!!

Unfortunately the add-a-leafs that I ordered were stolen during transit via FedEx. Miguel and Hector understood how disappointing and frustrating the situation was, and they provided amazing customer service. They helped me navigate the replacement and offered solid support throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with them in the future!

I ordered a full suspension kit. Bilstein 5100 with the old man emu leaf springs. Too easy! The install just like Eddie says,“plug and play” I’m just starting with new suspension on my 2015 Tacoma. I’ll be continuing to order all my truck needs with mudify. I love great customer service. Eddie and his team are amazing! Emails phone calls, there is no waiting or bs. I never write reviews, but I want you know you’re in good hands.

To start, my experience with modify navigating the website and placing my order was great.

There was one small hiccup. I called support and Luis and Miguel picked the phone and was able to straighten everything out with amazing customer service and professionalism.

There is not a lot of company’s out there who take care of the client anymore.

but Mudify is definitely one of them Great incentives and fairly easy to navigate
