Expérience très satisfaisante, carte mère défectueuse. Envoi du moteur suite aux instructions du SAV, j'ai tiqué sur le montant à payer pour envoyer le moteur. Suivi du SAV qui m'a recontactée par mail. J'ai reçu le moteur réparé en moins d'une semaine chez moi.

Motoren røyk innenfor garanti perioden på 2 år. Tok kontakt og fikk beskjed om å opprette en service sak. De svarte med en gang og hadde noen spørsmål. Jeg svarte dagen etter. Hørte ikke noe mer. Sendte ny mail. Hørte ikke noe. Ringte og de mener de aldri har fått Mail fra meg. Og ba meg sende ny Mail. Jeg gjorde det. Hørte ikke noe også får jeg Mail om at saken er avsluttet pga de ikke har hørt fra meg. Og nå er selvfølgelig garanti perioden på 2 år ferdig. Møkka firma.

Spa acheté le 17/07 reçu le 19/07 en panne le 23/07 ! Bref de la mer**

Spa fjord carre 6 places qui ne cesse de faire des allers retours au sav . Le moteur revient sans cesse réparé et ne tient meme pas une journee. Il y a toujours quelque chose. Entre defaut E1 et maintenant 07?! Meme pas ecrit sur la notice ! Je suis desabusee….

Le pire j avais acheté un meuble en resine noire magnifique autour. Perte de +900€ !
Le sav semble depasse par la marque.

Nous avons commandé le lot de 10 cartouches pour 59 € sur le site qui annonce "LIVRAISONS GRATUITES" sans préciser qu'il s'agit de la livraison en point relais. Sur la facture, il est précisé livraison à notre adresse d’où la confusion. Suite à l’imprécision que présente cette annonce trompeuse, à ce jour nous n'arrivons pas à obtenir l'adresse du point relais le plus proche de notre domicile décidée par le marchand. Relations commerciales complexes.
COMPLÉMENT D'INFORMATION: MSPA a régi merci et nous avons reçu un message rectificatif nous indiquant le point relais, mais un effort est à faire par ce marchant au niveau de son site qui nous parait peu communiquant. Dont acte !

So this my 2nd review as my first one was last year. I basically used my spa for 5 weeks and it kept showing error 1, cut a long story short ZERO customer service just VERY rude saying its how I was using it, even a hair can cause it to error as the pumps are sensitive....No sorry its faulty not fit for purpose if its that sensitive no one would be able to prevent a hair or anything else from going through the pump. I sent it back 3 times last year so had the faff of posting rhe control board and all the water filling draining etc. They just kept saying oh it's fine here it's your electrics nothing we can do.. .I got trading standards involved but they refused to mediate funny that!!!! So on getting it out this year to try I took it to a friend's and plugged it in to their socket that is in an industrial huge barn so using very high voltage equipment and surprise surprise it did Error 1 again.... So M SPA you are a bunch of no hopers, zero telephone manner and customer service you just take peoples hard earned money and your guarantee is not worth the paper its written on.....well done 5 star rip off merchants!!!!! Shysters.......

Bonjour, j’ai un code erreur qui s’affiche E1 en permanence alors que le filtre bouche aspiration et très propre. Il ne filtre plus.

A fuir... deuxième bloc moteur, deuxième qui rend l'âme aussi vite que le premier. Fuites, code erreur, en un mot inutilisable. Sav injoignable. J'ai renvoyé le premier moteur. Il a été remplacé par un autre, reconditionné, qui n'a pas tenu un mois. Je l'ai payé, j'ai payé les frais d'envoi et j'apprends que les pièces de rechange ne sont pas garanties. NUL.

Styr unna dette firma. Hvis badet er over to år er det ingen reklamasjon som gjelder. Mitt bad er kun blitt brukt 20 ganger. Varmer og sirkulasjonspumpe gikk i stykker, dette ble reklamert første gang innen ca. 11/2 år ,man da jeg fikk den i gang igjen gikk jeg ikke noe videre med reklamasjonen. Nå ca. 3 år etter kjøpsdato stoppet pumpet fullstendig. Jeg henviste til tidligere reklamasjon men til ingen nytte. Hvis man skal kun ha bad i to år kan man kjøpe fra mspa, men hvis man tenker at badet skal vare litt lenger styr unna dette firma. Jeg har ikke opplevd makan. Mvh Terje Haanes

Vi har kjøpt et boblebad fra mspa i 2020. Motoren har sluttet å virke, de påstår at det var edderkopper som har ødelagt motoren. Reklamasjon dekkes ikke pga edderkopper er et skadedyr

Operer med falske rabatter og countdown på hvor lenge rabatten skal vare. Ikke stol på prisene de har på siden sin! De endres ut ifra hva du har sett på og hvor du har vært

Mon spa a cessé de fonctionner en mois d'un an. Le service client m'a fait dépenser des pièces qui n'ont jamais réparées le jacuzzi. Plus de 400 euros jeté par les fenêtres par un personnel et un service client incompétent et inhumain !

Disgusting Company

My parents purchased a £800 spa to alleviate their pain including arthritis.
The spa control unit broke showing an error in December 2021.
We FINALLY got through to the warranty department in Feb 2022 due to lack of retailer communication.
Since Feb my parents have been repeatedly fobbed off, promised things that don't follow through. My parents unit got picked up last month after they promised several times to pick the unit up, 2 weeks later they received their "unit" back which was in very very poor condition and absolutely not my parents unit as my dad marked it to check he received his unit back. This second unit showed the same error! We were promised several calls that didn't happen we finally called and got through to someone who was rude and asked what my parents expected staff to do if they were off ill? That excuse wasn't good enough for the last 4 months!
A lady said she would help and get the second unit picked up and a brand new unit delivered. NO UNIT. NO FURTHER COMMUNICATION FOR 2 WEEKS. We sent several emails, finally got a call and by someone who didn't have a clue what was going on, then another guy came on the phone and asked to give him the evening to read up on the case and promised to call today. Surprise NO CALL! A company that tells you their first priority is you but can't even make a promised call is an absolute joke! My parents have had their empty spa sat in their garden for months with a warranty they paid for and no spa to use. My mum has been so stressed and pushed to the limit with this she can no longer email or call because she just starts crying. They have been treated so disgustingly and the company should be ashamed of their selves. They get the customers money that's all they care about any problems then forget about it. Avoid this sham of a company. Warranty means nothing.

At first I was delighted, soon after thee problems began, first the pump. Finding customer service was almost impossible after a week of effort I finally found a replacement pump. Next the inflatable starts losing air. Pin hole air leaks in the upper blader. Again customer service, around in circles for a month. Finally an offer for a replacement inflatable at 85% of the initial price. DON'T DO IT!!!

Poor customer service
I purchased a brand new £800 Mspa hot tub late summer last year. The air supply pipe broke and I had to contact the warranty department which are not helpful or reliable. The pump unit was returned under warranty at the beginning of this year. When the pump unit was returned it was smashed and had to be returned again. When I received the pump unit back the warranty department has used an old housing to repair my brand new pump unit which I was not happy about. I had to contact the warranty department again, and finally they promised me a brand new unit within a month. I’m still waiting for the unit, and I haven’t been able to use the hot tub since January 2022. This is not acceptable and I now want a full refund as the warranty department won’t answer any of my emails. I would not recommend Mspa or the warranty department as I would give them 1 out of 10. Poor service and don’t deliver on their email or promise, I’ve now missed 6 months of use, not a good company.

Comme beaucoup d'autres, les produits mspa sont à fuir. Panne au bout d'un an, SAV qui s'en fiche, répond à côté où ne répond pas. Lamentable cette société.

Spa acheté mois novembre dernier , mis en route fin avril . Fin juin un joint que c’est dessoudé, donc défaut fabrication . Résultat , les 6 mois de garantie sont écoulés . Après des echangements par mail avec des photos à l’appui , pas de solution !! Donc Mspa à éviter !!😡😡

Spa modèle otium, acheté en vente flash chez brico depot, en panne en moins de 24h, les jets ne fonctionnent plus et j'ai eu droit a un bruit de pétard dans le bloc moteur. Même pas 1 jour, et brico depot vous dit pas de retour, débrouillez vous avec le fabricant, c'est quand même scandaleux pour une enseigne de ce type, à suivre, mais j'aurais du choisir une autre marque au vu des commentaires
