Mr Granite was recommended for their great customer service, quality of product, fair prices and efficiency in ordering and fitting - all of which I can now confirm. Amy was great at communicating throughout and the quartz was fitted by a lovely team leaving me very happy with my new kitchen worktops, upstands, window sill and splash back above the hob. Everyone at Mr Granite was brilliant to deal with at every stage; from helping us make decisions in the showroom to staying in touch during our project, templating and fitting. The end result is lovely, I definitely recommend them!

Mr Granite were great to deal with from start to finish. Amy was very helpful in advising the correct worktop and had some great suggestions.
Scott and his fitters arrived when they said they would, were polite and tidied up after themselves.

Exceptional service from the get go. Answered all questions promptly; were always ready to accommodate revisions to schedule; and really showed their mettle when a glitch from their supplier came to light on fitting day - Amy moved heaven and earth to ensure that the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Great service from start to finish from Amy, she was super helpful and informative… making the decision so much harder :) communicated constantly regarding install and even with a slight hiccup, the installation guys fixed it and ensured they were still installed as planned, along with great aftercare advice. Couldn’t recommend enough

The personal approach of this company drew us in right from the start. Though they didn’t have the granite in stock that we had our eye on, they sourced what we required and delivered us a fab job. The extra care taken to match our utility room was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

First time using Mr Granite, won't be the last, great comms, managed to give me choices and estimates over the phone and emails, could have gone into store to pick the stone, but I was happy to pick from photos and videos. Once I decided which product I wanted they were out within a week to template up, and then back a week later to fit. Mitre joints are spot on, a real centre piece for the house. Lads were great, easy going but professional and knew their stuff.
Really happy with the experience, family run and competitive on price.

Very pleased overall being a non standard modify and add type kitchen granite, not easy and its all worked out well.

What an excellent company to work with! Amy was fantastic and very experienced and helped us to choose our granite worktop and island. The price we paid was a lot less than we were expecting and there was no push for us to pay anymore, actually Amy steered us away from more expensive tops as would not go with new extension! The fitters were 1st class and done a wonderful job. From start to finish it was less that 3 weeks as this was the date that I asked for. 100% highly recommend Mr Granite! 😃😃😃

After problems with another supplier we found MR granite and the service from start to finish was incredible Amy helped us find the perfect piece of granite and Scott and his team templated and fitted quickly and efficiently.
Communication was great all the way through friendly polite and informative at every step.
