What a fantastic product our Kitchen Splashback we’re so pleased with it transforms the Kitchen. The professional way the measurements were taken to the actual installation was first class. We have no hesitation to recommend.

An excellent experience from picking the colour to instillation. My orange glass with sparkle work top is even better than I expected and is the envy of everyone who has seen it!. Nicole was amazing, helpful every step of the way, the measurements were accurate so fitting was perfect and super fast! Everyone was amazing from start to finish! Now looking to see where else I could have some glass!

I would give them ZERO stars that’s all they’re worth , I placed an order with them on 3/1/23 , looking forward for my order. I emailed them to ask about my order they said it was delivered someone signed it my surname but wasn’t me , I said I would like a FULL REFUND but they don’t DO that , instead they have offered me a voucher or a replacement which I’ve declined several times & still NO LUCK.

I ordered a splashback for my kitchen and was looking for a unique design. Creo glass have so many options available to view online and the whole process from ordering to delivery went very smoothly and I’m so pleased with the result. The measurements were exactly as requested. I decided on a mirrored Splashback with a gold marble effect. I really love the unique design and haven’t seen anything like this elsewhere.

Faultless from start to finish. Brilliant communication, templates to perfection and great installers. 💯 recommended by me.

through to the manufacture and installation. Excellent company.

Awful customer service. Paid for samples and returned them for refund as stated on their website. Never received a refund. I emailed them and they just ignored me.

I provided the feedback below to Creoglass on December 15th 2021 straight after my installation of mirrored splashbacks in two rooms.
In the 2 months since then they've not taken any steps to resolve or rectify the issues with my installation or provided me anything other than receipt of my feedback, so I've decided to post this review in the hope that it will help others.

Issues we face with our install:

In our Kitchen
-The splashback has serious warping all the way across, so much so, that every single person that has seen it has laughed. It's rather embarrassing. Of all the issues, this is probably the biggest one.
-The installers put up a dust sheet on our worktops which fell down, then didn't pick it back up. They didn't protect our counters and now we have scratches and these two circle marks from their suction pads that we've been unable to remove.
-The installers broke a screw on a switchplate and replaced it with a different Phillips one, they didn't tell me and I had to raise it with them. A screw being replaced is no big deal, them trying to leave without informing me is very annoying given the quality of the rest of the job. Additionally, the installation of every single switch on the bottom row is now crooked and sunken into the faceplate.

In our Utility Room
-They chipped the splashback on the rear, and said it was a bubble from the factory. If these were thoroughly checked, there wouldn't have been any bubbles, but more importantly, I witnessed them chip it.
To hide the chip, they decided to put a very thick bead of silicone on the top of the shelf bracket cut out, but not below it or around it. Again, this looks very odd, and the workmanship is not good.
-The measurement of my shelf brackets for the cut outs was not accurate. For one of the shelves, the installers had to cut a plastic end cap from the shelf in half to get the splashback to fit, and then used silicone to hold the cap in place. It's left a gap, but their silicone bead looks terrible and is only on that side. By comparison attached is what the shelf on the other wall looks like where no cutting was required.
-The thick bead over the chipped splashback and broken clip was replicated on the other splashback. Looking at it now, it stands out as the bead is only along the top and one side, exposing the gaps underneath and on the opposing side. We didn't raise this with the installers at the time as we were more concerned with the warped splashback in the kitchen.
-The mirrors in the utility room also have that weird warping circus mirror effect. It's less noticeable and in a room out of the way so isn't the end of the world.

Overall the results were very disappointing. Both the quality of the work and the glass itself can only be described as embarrassing for us, as it attracts so much negative attention that hosting guests in our home leads to constant circus mirror jokes. The quote for the splashbacks was actually higher than a lot of others we spoke to, and despite going with CreoGlass, we've gone back to the cheaper competitors to try and rectify their work.

Overall this is a huge shame as I've really enjoyed working with Franki and have found her to be responsive, informative and efficient. The customer service up to this point has been excellent, but the quality of the products, installation and aftercare has been the complete opposite.

I'd recommend avoiding these guys based on my experience.

Update August 2nd 2022:
Since posting this review, Franki has left and I am now dealing with someone named Alex. They asked me to take down the review and in return they would rectify the issues with my installation. In the last 6 months or so, they've had no availability to handle my remediation works, but have also said they have no glass to do the job.
They have no ETA on if or when they will have the glass to proceed.

Quite shocking really. Imagine what a warranty claim would look like.

I love my handmade bespoke splashback designed by Nicole it is stunningly beautiful! ..Creo Glass went above and beyond Nicole listened and created exactly what we wanted. Their designs are endless!

Creoglass is the only company we could find to supply us with exactly what we wanted. Our kitchen looks amazing!! We were very pleased with the service from the start, estimater was very good, fitters were very professional and polite. And customer service had also been great. This is the second kitchen we have had done by creo and have recommended them to family and friends whom have purchased from them. And we would use them again.

We had a great experience with Creo glass
Plenty of conversations going back and forth, with different quotes and different sizes of glass island worktops and glitter splash backs
We even took a visit to Watford.
We knew we wanted pink and what they provided us was perfect even down to matching sockets.

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Creoglass from the first call out to the finished product. My splash back looks amazing.

We had a great experience with CreoGlass, project managed by Nicole. We chose the premium copper sparkle between our kitchen units and it looks stunning!
The measurement and fitting teams were excellent and worked efficiently to give us a show stopping finish to our kitchen.
