Terrible customer service. Not helpful, no additional answers. Size and measurements not accurate, (I double checked and made sure size matched) had to be returned (two sizes smaller!) but on my own expense. No refund on return shipping, no free returns! Things are shipped from Netherlands, and need to be returned to the Netherlands. Germany to Netherlands = high shipping cost. Can’t recommend

I was in a bind due to my planned outfit not working out. I had less than a week before the event were to take place and I live abroad. Not only do they have amazing customer experience they made sure that the outfit was delivered within 2 days.

Completely saved the event as it had a dresscode. Cannot recommend this store enough. They even wrote a personal letter accompanying the package. Excellent!!

I had an incorrect item delivered to a friend and from the start my correspondence regarding this with Simon on their customer service team felt sarcastic, accusatory and sometimes downright rude.

The solution that was put upon me without being consulted was to send out a replacement to the same address of a friend which, if asked I would have informed that it wouldn't be able to be delivered and would end up sitting at a depot so I finally just requested a refund which is now processing.

Never in all my years of shopping online have I ever experienced feeling spoken down to and fobbed off for a mistake the retailer made. I'm disgusted by such unacceptable customer service.

Edit: I'm keeping the original review here to be as open as possible. While I do agree that it does come across as unreasonable to give a 1 star review based on one experience with customer service, I have changed it as I have no issues at all with the products, pricing, delivery or anything else and was alone soured slightly by the customer service I received.

Absolutely loving my new pants. Top quality material and loving the zips ☻. Found my original size a bit big so I contacted Simon who was absolutely fantastic and arranged an exchange to a smaller size. I can’t thank him enough for everything he done. I have already recommended Mr.Riegillio to others and will continue to do so. I’ll definitely be ordering again very soon too

I’ve ordered from them and still waiting for my delivery. They are using fedex and the drivers leave a note and run instead of ringing the doorbell and got caught on camera doing it. Fedex are useless and when phone either no one answers or it rings out as they are “busy” being short staffed with Covid. Email Mr. Rigellio for help with the delivery and they say contact fedex. Being shuffled back and forth between the two and it is a large order. Won’t be buying from this place again if they continue to use fedex

Let me be the first one to write a review and just say that I'm more than happy with my purchase. The shipping costs are a little steep, but you get a hand written note with your package and some other nifty things!
