What a gem of a find
What a gem of a find. These were the 2nd company I phoned. The 1st one couldn't come out for 6-7 days, these turned up within two hours. Great lads, good job and very competitive prices.
Will use again.
Leak found and fixed and new taps and shower heads installed.

Serious water leak mains turned off…
We had a serious water leak so had turn the main water feed off. Contacted MPW early on a Monday morning the earliest they could come to us was mid afternoon. Plummer Josh arrived at 4pm found the leak had to travel 3 miles at 4.30pm to get a replacement part was back sorted and on his way by 5.20pm . Josh was very polite, efficient and quick and we were very satisfied customers, so much so I recommend MPW to my sister.

Fantastic service. Extremely easy to book, turned up on time and were really polite and friendly. After waiting in for one plumber who didn’t arrive and another who didn’t want to travel to the other side of town, MPW were a breath of fresh air. They will definitely be my go to for any other plumbing jobs I need done in the future.

Dan came to the house to fix my broken boiler. He arrived earlier (within 10 mins of first ringing) than expected which was nice, he was very friendly, put me at ease, as an 81 year old that is very important to me. Dan was very fast and efficient and I would recommend using your company to everyone.

Veissman Boiler (fitted 2 years ago) stopped working. Matt was able to diagnose the fault over the phone, had the part in stock, shuffled work schedules and get new pump fitted by the very efficient and helpful Nick the same day. Gold stars all round!

I couldn't rate MPW highly enough
I couldn't rate MPW highly enough. Reliable, friendly, efficient and considerate.
My boiler packed in on Saturday morning
I found them on Google, have them a call and was informed the team were in chipping Sudbury at the time but someone would be with me as quick as possible. Within an hour someone was at my house, checking over the boiler. It required some new parts that couldn't be ordered in for Sunday but first thing Monday they were back and got the boiler up and running.
This was just before Christmas and I had a 2 year old and heavily pregnant wide at the time. Their efficiency at solving the problem was therefore hugely appreciated. What's more, the fallout charge was waived and when fixing the boiler they identified something else that could do with replacing. This was done with no extra charge than the part. I said I felt bad them not charging me and his response was "it's Christmas round the corner and I'm sure that money could go to better use for you and your family". That combined with the job they did was all I needed to know I won't be going anywhere else when I'm in need again. Rate it.

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a leak under my kitchen sink which needed looking at urgently - I received a reply from MPW very quickly via WhatsApp with confirmation that an engineer would be available in 2 hours. Zak attended and completed the job to a high standard very efficiently, both fixing the pipe/leak and identifying the likely root cause of the drain issues I’ve been experiencing. I’d recommend MPW to anyone in the Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
