Thankfully, I had only paid a deposit; after threatening to do a Section 75 recall via my credit card provider I was refunded the full amount.

I paid £240 for a consultation over a month ago. The money was taken and despite multiple attempts at communicating with MP Estate Planning UK they missed the first zoom meeting that was booked. Lots of excuses about technology ensued, which I overlooked. A second zoom call was set up and again missed. This was a week ago and since then I have again written multiple times. All communications have been ignored including two in which I said Iwould leave a bad review.... so here we are. I am now going to try and get my money back, but I don't hold out much hope

From Day One, I had very good responses from the MP Estate Planning UK Team whenever I needed answers to issues related to setting up of Trusts. If I phoned and they were busy, I was sure to receive a callback without delay. All my queries by e-mails were answered promptly by a member of the team (Gareth, Joe, Maya).

The initial and subsequent Zoom meetings with Gareth were fantastic, as he took all his time to explain things clearly, in plain English, and in a transparent way. Thanks to these, I decided to use their service in the first place.

Joe was very helpful whenever I had a query. When all the Trust and other documents were ready, Maya was responsible for the documents read-through via a Zoom meeting.
