Everything is very prompt and above board. Got the device and refund very promtply. Internet can be variable depending on the location, but they had some internet in my flat which had no phone wifi at all, it just wasn't super quick. Second time I've used this service, will use again

Wish I had known about this company before!! What an amazing service. Between houses during a move waiting for broadband to be installed in an area with poor phone signal. Ordered a temporary Internet router from moving Internet and it was so easy to set up and did exactly what was expected and provided temporary wifi for our devices and TV to keep the kids entertained and adults sane😂

They even let us extend for a few extra days when our broadband was delayed.

It was also just as easy to return the kit with everything needed provided and a free royal mail collection.

Absolutely AMAZING service. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I had a very bad experience with moving internet.
- They say that they will deliver the device next day, though I got it in 3 days. Agent said that Royal Mail may have delays
- Internet speed was poor, not even good enough to have one live stream running and their team suggests that 12-16 MBPS is good speed.
- To improve the speed, the service team offered to send another device, which goes to show that the right device wasnt sent in the first case. I did not take their offer as I had lost my confidence already
- Finally, they didnt even return my security deposit. While there was some delay on my side, they did not take into account the performance and other issues on their end.
In the end an awful experience and false marketing.

Straightforward and reliable. Prompt, easy-to-follow service & setup. Would use again.

We used Moving Internet to get temporary internet after moving house as there was a 2 week gap before our primary internet service was installed. The signal was generally good with minimal interruptions and it allowed me to work from home without needing to go into the office. The only thing that didn't seem to work was Netflix, even though all other subscriptions worked perfectly fine, so we didn't really know why that happened. But all in all, a good experience.

We moved into a new house and the internet service provider postponed our installation date by 3 weeks leaving us a gap. We used moving internet and it was a great solution. We had to try a couple of different rooms to find the best signal but then it worked great for streaming etc for the full period. Would definitely recommend.

Home when I moved house and was waiting on my broadband getting fitted. Responded quickly when I had questions and my deposit returned quickly when hire was over

Quite expensive but saved us when we had no other choice. Works easy but isn’t ideal for multi person use would recommend over having no internet but isn’t great for streaming or gaming. None the less does what you ask for and glad to of had it when they’re was no other option for us. Contacting company and making changes is simple and pleasant

I liked becausd it hardly didn't buffer but the only problem waa the bandwidth speed.

They saved me as I wouldn’t have internet at home and had to work. Came on time - easy to extend and after I sent the device back on time and after several days got my refund. One last thing the internet speed was good and had no issues with it. Best choice for whoever needs internet temporarily.

The purchase was quick and easy, the delivery was on time, though the parcel had been opened, and the WiFi setup was very simple. The returns process was also quick and easy, and free, which is always nice. The WiFi itself wasn't very good though. We bought this WiFi as we had moved house and my husband works from home, but our usual provider couldn't set up the WiFi until about a week after we'd moved into the house. The WiFi was so bad that my husband couldn't work from home anyway and had to go to a local WiFi cafe instead, which wasn't easy for his meetings!

Absolute lifesaver! We moved house and there was a delay in setting up our Internet. This was a brilliant option for the week and meant we all remained online. Easy to use and great service.

Fantastic service! Used temporarily when I moved house, device arrived on time, so easy to set up and use and signal was really good! Easy returns process, would 100% recommend and would use again if needed :)

Easy to use when between contracts.
The only downside is it uses mobile network.
The Henley regatta was on in my town, so the mobile network was overloaded at times during the day. This affected the service. Apart from that, very easy to use.

Really quick to arrange and the WiFi kept me working from home for two weeks while our permanent Internet was being sorted. As is often the case, the Internet company messed around and delayed our activation date a few times, so being able to extend the hire period with a quick email to MovingInternet was really really helpful during a stressful time. The deposit came back really quickly as well. No notes!

Very quick and efficient service.

The internet service was so bad that it couldn’t register on a speed test
kept trying for a couple of weeks but no good
I wasted hours trying to contact the non existent customer service
I frustrated called another company located in the same building to see if they new if MI were still in business
Eventually gave up and returned the equipment
Top tip if you are going to try MI pay for the minimum and see if it works for you
I paid for two months thinking NOTTING HILL would be ok
try calling customer support before you commit would be my advice
moving internet are probably not made aware of any issues because there are no staff to answer the phone

As a temporary solution the process was easy, internet was pretty good with regards to download speed, extending the service simple with delivery and return really straight forward at no additional cost.
Some may grumble at the cost which isn’t cheap compared to normal internet cost, but as a temporary solution this was spot on.
